煤化工废水萃取脱酚流程模拟

第23卷第3期洁净煤技术Vol.23 No.3 2017年5月CleanCoalTechnologyMay 2017 煤化工废水萃取脱酚流程模拟付楚芮1,2,曲思建2,董卫果2,高明龙2,王吉坤2(1.煤炭科学研究总院,北京 100013;2.煤炭资源高效开采与洁净利用国家重点实验室,北京 100013)摘 要:为提高煤化工高浓度含酚废水萃取脱酚的处理效果,减轻废水排放环境污染,采用AspenPlus流程模拟软件对煤化工废水萃取脱酚流程进行了优化设计。模拟采用真实煤化工废水的组成设置物流数据,废水进料流量为100t/h,温度为40℃,压力为0.1MPa,并利用UNIQUAC和NRTL活度系数模型,分别对萃取脱酚塔、溶剂回收塔、溶剂汽提塔进行了参数调整。模拟结果表明,当萃取脱酚塔萃取级数n=6,萃取相比R=1∶4时;溶剂回收塔的理论塔板数N=10,进料位置为第5块塔板时;溶剂汽提塔的理论塔板数N=5,进料位置为第1块塔板时,废水总酚浓度从18600mg/L降至400mg/L以下,单元酚浓度从14000mg/L降低至50mg/L以下,萃取剂回收利用率达到99%以上。关键词:煤气化废水;乙酸仲丁酯;萃取;脱酚;流程模拟;溶剂回收中图分类号:TQ28 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-6772(2017)03-0094-06ProcesssimulationofextractionandremovalofphenolfromcoalchemicalwastewaterFuChurui1,2,QuSijian2,DongWeiguo2,GaoMinglong2,WangJikun2(1.ChinaCoalResearchInstitute,Beijing 100013,China;2.StateKeyLabofHighEfficientMiningandCleanUtilizationofCoalResources,Beijing 100013,China)Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheefficiencyofextractionandremovalofphenolfromcoalchemicalwastewaterandreducetheenvironmen-talpollutionfromwastewaterdischarge,AspenPluswasusedtooptimizetheextractionandde-phenolremovalprocess.Thelogisticsdatausedinsimulationwasfromactualcompositionsofcoalchemicalwastewater,anditsfeedflowwas100t/h,attemperatureof40℃andpressureof0.1MPa.Theparametersoftheextractioncolumn,thesolventrecoverycolumnandthesolventstrippingcolumnwereadjustedbyusingtheUNIQUACandNRTLactivitycoefficientmodelsrespectively.Resultsshowthatthetotalphenolconcentrationofthewastewaterisreducedfrom18600mg/Ltobelow400mg/L,andmoreoverthephenolconcentrationisr
