NaClO和PAA对医院污水MBR污泥消毒的研究张景丽1,2,顾平1,张光辉1(1.天津大学环境科学与工程学院,天津300072;2.天津城建大学天津市水质科学与技术重点实验室,天津300384)摘要:使用次氯酸钠和过氧乙酸(PAA)对处理医院污水的MBR污泥进行消毒试验。以细菌总数、总大肠菌群数和粪大肠菌群数作为消毒指标,研究发现两种消毒剂均有效,前者效果略优于后者。当污泥浓度(MLSS)为6000mg/L、接触时间为1h、消毒剂投量>200mg/L时,随消毒剂投量的增大,对细菌总数和总大肠菌群数的对数去除率的增幅变小,对粪大肠菌群数的对数去除率的增幅则比前二者大,可见细菌、总大肠菌群抵抗两种消毒剂的能力均高于粪大肠菌群。次氯酸钠和过氧乙酸投量较大时消毒作用均主要发生在前10min,之后过氧乙酸的消毒作用仍然增加,而次氯酸钠的消毒作用基本保持不变;次氯酸钠的消毒作用明显比过氧乙酸快,但消耗量大。关键词:医院污水;MBR;污泥消毒;次氯酸钠;过氧乙酸中图分类号:X703文献标识码:C文章编号:1000-4602(2014)03-0087-05基金项目:国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目(2003AA601130);国家自然科学基金资助项目(51078265)SodiumHypochloriteandPeraceticAcidforDisinfectionofSludgefromMembraneBioreactorTreatingHospitalWastewaterZHANGJing-li1,2,GUPing1,ZHANGGuang-hui1(1.SchoolofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,TianjinUniversity,Tianjin300072,China;2.TianjinKeyLaboratoryofAquaticScienceandTechnology,TianjinChengjianUniversity,Tianjin300384,China)Abstract:Twodisinfectants,sodiumhypochloriteandperaceticacid(PAA),wereusedtotreatsludgefromamembranebioreactortreatinghospitalwastewater.Bothdisinfectantswereeffectiveforkill-ingtotalbacteria,totalcoliformsandfaecalcoliformsintheMBRsludge,andsodiumhypochloriteper-formedslightlybetterthanPAA.Whenthemixedliquorsuspendedsolids(MLSS)were6000mg/L,thecontacttimewas1h,andthedosageofthetwodisinfectantswasmorethan200mg/L,thelogarithmremovalrateoftotalbacteriaandtotalcoliformswasnolongerincreasedsignificantlywiththeincreaseofthedisinfectantdosage,andthelogarithmremovalrateoffaecalcoliformswasgreaterthanthatoftotalbacteriaandthatoftotalcoliforms,indicatingthattotalbacteriaandtotalcoliformsweremoreresistanttothedisinfectantsthanfaecalcoliforms.ThedisinfectionefficiencyofsodiumhypochloriteandPAAmainlyoccurredinthefirst10min,laterthedisinfectionefficiencyofPAAstillroseandthatofsodiumhypo-chloritechangedlittlewhenusinglargedosageoftwodisinfectants.ThedisinfectionreactionofsodiumhypochloritewasquickerthanthatofPAA,buttheconsumptionofsodiumhypochloritewaslargerthanthatofPAA.Keywords:hospitalwastewater;membranebioreactor(MBR);sludgedis
