北京市垡头污水处理厂改扩建工程设计技术方案邱明海(上海市政工程设计研究总院<集团>有限公司,上海200092)摘要:根据《北京市加快污水处理和再生水利用设施建设三年行动方案(2016—2019)》要求,垡头污水处理厂改扩建工程属于北京市中心城区批准立项建设的11项污水处理项目之一。该污水处理厂现状规模为2×104m3/d,采用CASS工艺,占地为1.3hm2。改扩建工程要求在不新征地、不停水情况下,处理规模扩建至10×104m3/d,出水水质由目前的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级B标准提高到北京市《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB11/890—2012)B级标准。这些要求为技术方案设计带来非常大的挑战,因此工程设计技术方案中应贯彻优化工艺、立体布局、分阶段实施的原则。通过论证,形成了采用MBR工艺及构(建)筑物之间层叠或镶嵌布局并分三个阶段实施的方案,以满足增大处理水量、提高出水水质、节省用地、运行中不停水的目标。关键词:污水处理厂;立体布局;分阶段实施中图分类号:TU992.3文献标识码:B文章编号:1000-4602(2018)20-0013-04ReconstructionandExpansionDesignTechnicalPlanofBeijingFatouWastewaterTreatmentPlantQIUMing-hai(ShanghaiMunicipalEngineeringDesignInstitute<Group>Co.Ltd.,Shanghai200092,China)Abstract:Accordingtotherequirementsofthe“Three-yearActionPlanforAcceleratingtheCon-structionofWastewaterTreatmentandReclaimedWaterUtilizationFacilitiesinBeijing(2016-2019)”,theexpansionprojectofFatouWastewaterTreatmentPlant(FWTP)hasbeenapprovedfortheconstruc-tion,whichbelongstooneofthe11wastewatertreatmentprojectsofthecentralcityofBeijing.Thecur-renttreatmentcapacityoftheFWTPis20000m3/d,andtheCASSprocessisadoptedwithareacoverageof1.3hm2.Thereconstructionandexpansionprojectisrequiredtoreachthetreatmentcapacityof100000m3/dwithoutnewlandacquisitionornowaterstoppage.Theeffluentwaterqualitywillbeim-provedfromthecurrentfirstlevelBcriteriaofDischargeStandardofPollutantsforMunicipalWastewaterTreatmentPlant(GB18918-2002)toBeijinglocalstandardgradeBofDischargeStandardofWaterPollutantsforMunicipalWastewaterTreatmentPlants(DB11/890-2012).Theserequirementsbringgreatchallengestothedesignoftechnicalplan.Therefore,theprinciplesofoptimizingprocess,three-di-mensionallayoutandphasedimplementationshouldbeimplementedintheprojectdesigntechnicalsolu-tion.Throughthedemonstration,aschemewasformed,whichadoptedtheMBRprocesstoconstructthestackingorsuperimposinglayoutbetweenstructures(buildings),andwasimplementedtheminthreesta-gestomeettherequirementsofincreasingthequantityoftreatedwater,improvingtheeffluentquality,savingland,andn
