横流式生物滤池脱氮性能及微生物群落特征研究薛婧秋,王晓昌,薛涛,唐嘉陵(西安建筑科技大学环境与市政工程学院,陕西西安710055)摘要:采用横流式生物滤池处理低C/N值污水,运行过程中,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ级滤池的VSS逐渐增加,第Ⅲ、Ⅳ级滤池的VSS逐渐减少,滤池运行稳定后,对NO-3-N、TN、COD、浊度的去除率可分别稳定达到31%、33%、59%、93%以上且无需外加碳源,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。采用Biolog法分析了横流式生物滤池各级微生物群落特征。结果表明,第Ⅲ、Ⅳ级滤池的生物活性整体高于第Ⅰ、Ⅱ级,对碳源利用程度高;各级滤池都存在丰富的微生物群落结构,第Ⅲ级滤池的微生物多样性指数最高,第Ⅰ级最低;滤池所利用碳源分内、外两大类,前两级滤池的外部碳源主要来自原污水,其中第Ⅰ级滤池利用糖类及蛋白质类碳源较多,后两级滤池的内部碳源主要来自上一个运行周期所积累的大量生物。关键词:横流式生物滤池;低C/N值污水;内生碳源;Biolog;生物量;生物群落中图分类号:TU992.3文献标识码:C文章编号:1000-4602(2018)23-0058-06DenitrificationPerformanceandMicrobialCommunityCharacteristicsofCross-flowBiofilterXUEJing-qiu,WANGXiao-chang,XUETao,TANGJia-ling(SchoolofEnvironmentalandMunicipalEngineering,Xi’anUniversityofArchitectureandTechnology,Xi’an710055,China)Abstract:Thecross-flowbiofilterwasutilizedinthetreatmentoflowC/Nratiosewage.TheVSSgraduallyincreasedinthefirsttwolevelsanddecreasedinthenexttwolevels.Whenthefilterwasrun-ningstable,theremovalratesofNO-3-N,TN,CODandturbidityexceeded31%,33%,59%and93%,respectively,withoutadditionalcarbonsource.TheeffluentqualitysatisfiedthefirstclasscriteriaspecifiedinIntegratedWastewaterDischargeStandard(GB8978-1996).Thebioactivityinthelattertwolevelsofthefilterwashigherthanthatinthefirsttwolevels,andtheutilizationofthecarbonsourcewashighaswell.Therewereabundantmicrobialcommunitystructuresinalllevelsofthefilter.Themi-crobialdiversityindexinthethirdlevelwasthehighest,whilethatinthefirstlevelwasthelowest.Thecarbonsourceinthefiltercouldbedividedintointernalcarbonsourceandexternalcarbonsource.Thefirsttwolevelsmainlyconsumedtheexternalcarbonsourcefromthesewage,andtheutilizationofsugarandproteinwashigh;theinternalcarbonsourceofthelattertwolevelsmainlyconsistedoflargeamountofaccumulatedbiomassfrompreviouslevels.Keywords:cross-flowbiofilter;lowC/Nratiosewage;internalcarbonsource;Biolog;biomass;microbialcommunity传统生物滤池在处理低碳氮比污水时,需通过投加外部碳源来获得较高的脱氮效率[1],不仅使得·85·第34卷第23期2018年12月中国给水排水CHINAWATER&WASTEWATERVol.34No.23Dec.2018脱氮工艺复杂化,更增加了处理成本。笔者所研究的新型横流式生物滤池,采用四级相同的生物滤池串联,在自然挂
