第22卷第3期高校化学工程学报No.3Vol.222008年6月JournalofChemicalEngineeringofChineseUniversitiesJune2008文章编号:1003-9015(2008)03-0412-06Co、Ni离子分离研究诸爱士1,成忠1,沈芬芳2,徐亮2(1.浙江科技学院生物与化学工程学院,浙江杭州310012;2.浙江工业大学化学工程与材料学院,浙江杭州310014)摘要:采用电渗析与萃取耦合的集成方法,实现混合溶液体系中Co2+、Ni2+分离。在分离条件上,通过选取和设置萃取剂皂化率、原料的质量配比、原料同萃取剂的摩尔配比、加酸方式、酸用量、循环处理、萃取剂是否回用等因素及其不同水平,以考察它们对离子分离程度的影响。实验结果:萃取剂皂化率60%、原料中NiCl2⋅6H2O与CoCl2⋅6H2O的质量配比1:2、原料同萃取剂的摩尔配比1:1.7、一次性加酸、酸用量取理论用量的1.3倍为优取的分离工艺条件。另外,离子分离过程可采取料液循环、萃取剂再皂化后回用的多级操作;电流效率达80%以上。由此得到,电渗析与萃取耦合的技术可分离Co2+和Ni2+。关键词:钴;镍;电渗析;萃取;方法集成;金属离子分离中图分类号:TQ028.8;TF803.23;O614.813;O614.812文献标识码:ASeparationofNi(II)andCo(II)IonsZHUAi-shi1,CHENGZhong1,SHENFen-fang2,XULiang2(1.SchoolofBiologicalandChemicalEngineering,ZhejiangUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Hangzhou310012,China;2.CollegeofChemicalEngineeringandMaterialsScience,ZhejiangUniversityofTechnology,Hangzhou310014,China)Abstract:IonicseparationofNi2+andCo2+fromtheirmixedsolutionsystembytheintegratedelectrodialysisandextractionmethodwasstudied.Theeffectsofseveraleffectingfactorsoftheproposedseparatingmethod,suchasthesaponificationratioofextractant,themassratioofrawmaterials,themolarratioofrawmaterialstoextractant,thewayofaddingacidandtheamountofaddedacid,ontheionicseparationfactorwereinvestigated.Moreover,whetherornotthefeedsolutionoughttoberecycledandwhetherornottheextractantcanberecoveredandreusedwerestudiedtoo.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheoptimaloperationconditionsfoundareasfollows.Thesaponificationratioofextractantis60%,themassratioofNiCl2·6H2OtoCoCl2·6H2Ois1:2,themolarratioofrawmaterialstoextractantis1:1.7,thedosageofaddedacidis1.3timesofthetheoreticaldosageanditshouldbealladdedatonetime.Itwasalsofoundthattheionicseparatingprocesscouldbeoperatedwithmultiplestages,inwhichthefeedsolutioncouldbecycled,andtheextractantcouldbereusedafterbeingsaponifiedagain.Thecurrentefficiencycanreachover80%.Afterall,theexperimentsshowthattheproposedintegratedelectrodialysisandextractionmethodcancarryouttheionicseparationofNi2+andCo2+effectively.Keyword
