2009年第9期广东化工第36卷总第197期www.gdchem.com·129·聚合硅酸铝铁与聚合氯化铝混凝除藻比较研究廖秀远1,邬红娟2(1.广州市中绿环保有限公司,广东广州510530;2.华中科技大学环境科学与工程学院,湖北武汉430074)[摘要]针对武汉市莲花湖湖水,采用聚合硅酸铝铁(PAFSC)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行混凝实验,比较了两种混凝剂的混凝效果及原水处理前后藻类群落变化。主要结论如下:(1)无论在低投加量还是在高投加量时,PAFSC的除藻、除浊效果均明显优于PAC。聚合硅酸铝铁与聚合氯化铝投加量增加时,两种混凝剂对原水Chl-a和浊度的去除率均呈现先迅速上升再趋于平缓的过程;(2)PAFSC在去除藻类细胞、浊度方面均优于PAC;(3)PAFSC混凝处理微囊藻为主体的水华原水时,其效果比PAC更好。文章研究后表明:PAFSC是一种新型高效混凝剂,其混凝效果明显优于PAC,当水体以微型藻为主时,可使用PAFSC替代PAC,能提高混凝效果。[关键词]聚合硅酸铝铁;聚合氯化铝;烧杯实验;藻类群落结构;混凝除藻机理[中图分类号]X5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1007-1865(2009)09-0129-02ComparisonStudyonCoagulatingtoRemoveAlgaebyPolyAluminumFerricSilicateChlorideandPolymericAluminumChloridLiaoXiuyuan1,WuHongjuan2(1.SinoEnvironmentEngineeringCo.,Ltd.,Guangzhou510530;2.SchoolofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,HuazhongUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Wuhan430074,China)Abstract:WiththewatersamplesfromLianhuaLake,beakertestwascarriedouttocomparethecoagulationefficiencyofthetwocoagulants,PolyAluminumFerricSilicateChloride(PAFSC)andPolymericAluminumChlorid(PAC),andthechangeofthealgaecommunityintherawwaterbeforeandafterthetreatmentwascompared.Themainconclusionswereasfollows:(1)PAFSC’seffectivesofalgaeremovalandturbidityreductionwereobviouslysuperiortoPAC’swhetherinsmallorlargequantityofusage.WiththeincreasingofPAFSCorPAC,therateofChl-aandturbidityremovalwerebothincreasesrapidlyandthentendstosmooth;(2)PAFSCwasabettercapacitythanPACtoremovealgaecellandturbidity;(3)PAFSCwasbetterthanPACinremovalmicro-algae(MicrocystisKutz.)fromtherawwater.Accordingtoexperimentresults,thepapershowedthatPAFSCwasaneweffectiveflocculant,anditsflocculationeffectwasbetterthanPACevidently;whilemicro-algaedominateinwater,itcanmakeimprovementinalgaeremovaloperationtousePAFSCinsteadofPAC.Keywords:polyaluminumferricsilicatechloride;polymericaluminumchloride;jar-test;structureofalgaecommunity;mechanismofalgae-removalbycoagulation有害“藻华”的频繁暴发和由此产生的藻毒素污染等,使治理藻类污染成为当今国内外努力探索的一大难题[1-2]。混凝处理法是常见应急除藻技术。聚合氯化铝(PAC)是目前水处理中被广泛应用的混凝剂之一,其混凝效果优于常用无机混凝剂[3]。聚合硅酸铝铁(PAFSC)是一种新型高效无机高分子混凝剂,具有混凝效
