SLUDGECHARACTERISTICSINASUBMERGEDDOUBLE-SHAFTROTARYANAEROBICMEMBRANEBIOREACTORBaiLing1,LiuChao2,HuKan1,WangShenxiang1(1.CollegeofNaturalScience,JiangxiAgriculturalUniversity,Nanchang330045,China;2.CollegeofComputerScienceandTechnology,JiangxiNomalUniversity,Nanchang330027,China)Abstract:Thesludgecharacteristicswasstudiedtreatmentforsyntheticbrewerywastewaterbysubmergeddouble-shaftrotaryanaerobicmembranebioreactor(SDRAnMBR).Theresultsshowedthatsludgehadhighactivity,rotaryshearstresscannotdisruptanaerobicbio-solids,andhadwellsludgeflocs.Thesecharacteristicscoulddecreasetheeffectonsludgeactivityandparticlesizecomefromtheshearstressexcessbigness,restrainspeedinessaccumulationofextracellularpolymericsubstances(EPS)insludgemixedliquorduetoMLSSaccretion,aswellasrestrainspeedinessaccretionofsludgedynamicviscositytoo.Therebymembranefoulingwasreducedconsumedly.ItwasrealizedsteadyrunningwhenoperatedatbiggishMLSS(be-tween18to19.5g·L-1),higherEPS(between50.9to63.9mg·gMLSS-1),smallsludgeparticlesize(between4.00to36.54μm)andlargersludgevis-cosity(between6.6to7.5mPa·s-1).ThefingingwasidentifiedthatthewellactivitysludgeinSDRAnMBRandstrengthenedanti-contaminationperfor-manceofmembranemodulecanbeexplainedbycharacteristicsofhydraulicsdynamicsofthree-staterotatingflowandsynergeticeffectwithanaerobicgranulessludge.Keywords:submergeddouble-shaftrotaryanaerobicmembranebioreactor;brewerywastewater;sludgecharacteristics3结论SDRAnMBR的污泥特性是污泥活性高,旋转剪切力没有对厌氧颗粒污泥的性质造成破坏,具有性能良好的絮体。能有效减轻污泥浓度、EPS、污泥粘度、污泥颗粒粒径的变化对膜污染的影响。污泥浓度、EPS、污泥粘度均随运行时间的增加、COD容积负荷的提高逐渐增大,但增大的程度不大;污泥颗粒粒径随膜旋转速度的提高逐渐下降,但下降的幅度不大。在试验的操作条件下,膜过滤阻力保持不变。并能在较高质量浓度的MLSS(19g·L-1左右)、较高的EPS浓度(50.9~63.9mg·gMLSS-1)、较小的污泥颗粒粒径(4.00~36.54μm)和较大的污泥粘度(6.6~7.5mPa·s-1)时稳定运行。因此,由膜旋转形成的三相旋转流和厌氧颗粒污泥的协同作用,使SDRAnMBR具有性能良好的活性污泥,同时强化了膜组件的抗污染性能。参考文献:[1]WilliamP,BarberandDavidC,Stuckey.Theuseoftheanaerobicbaffledreactorforwastewatertreatment:areview[J].WatRes.,1999,33(7):1559-1578.[2]ElmalehS,AbdelmoumniI.Experimentaltesttoevaluateper-formanceofananaerobicreactorpr
