农村高氟水处理研究周红星1,2,赵金秀1,李军2(1.唐山学院土木工程系,河北唐山063000;2.北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京100022)摘要[目的]为处理含氟废水提供方法支持。[方法]从天津芦台农村地下水取样,分别用AlCl3改性海泡石和粉煤灰及其混合物处理水样,并在处理前后测定水样的氟离子浓度。[结果]改性海泡石的除氟能力随用量的增加而略有增加,随温度的增加而减小,随pH值的增加有明显变化,吸附过程为放热过程,处理时间对其吸附能力的影响不大。改性海泡石的最佳处理时间为20~30min,在室温下其处理效果最佳,其吸附量在pH值为6时达最大值。改性粉煤灰的除氟能力随用量的增加而略有增加,随处理时间的增加而变化,随温度的增加而减小。改性粉煤灰在室温下对氟离子的去除效果最佳。[结论]海泡石和粉煤灰协同处理含氟废水的最佳处理条件是:pH值为6,粉煤灰-海泡石的用量为4mg/ml,在20℃下处理30min。关键词含氟水;海泡石-粉煤灰;去除率中图分类号X703文献标识码A文章编号0517-6611(2009)23-11110-02StudyontheProcessingofRuralWaterwithHighFluorideContentZHOUHong-xingetal(DepartmentofCivilEngineering,TangshanCollege,Tangshan,Hebei063000)Abstract[Objective]Thepurposeofthestudywastoprovidemethodologicalsupportforprocessingfluorinewastewater.[Method]Thewa-tersampleswerecollectedfromthegroundwaterinthecountrysideofLutaiinTianjin.TheywereprocessedwithsepioliteandflyashmodifiedwithAlCl3andtheirmixtureresp.andthefluorideconcn.ofthewatersamplesweredeterminedbeforeandafterprocessing.[Result]Thefluorideremovalcapacityofmodifiedsepiolitewasincreasedalittlealongwiththeincreasingofitsdosage,wasreducedalongwiththeincreas-ingoftemperatureandvariedobviouslywiththeincreasingofpH.Itsadsorptionprocesswasexothermicprocessandtheprocessingtimehadlittleinfluenceonitsadsorptioncapacity.Theoptimumprocessingtimeofmodifiedsepiolitewas20-30min,itsprocessingeffectwasbestatroomtemperatureandgotitsmaximumadsorptionamountwhenpHwas6.Thefluorideremovalcapacityofmodifiedflyashwasincreasedalittlealongwiththeincreasingofitsdosage,variedwiththeincreasingofprocessingtimeandreducedwiththeincreasingoftemperature.Theremovaleffectofmodifiedflyashonfluorideionwasbestatroomtemperature.[Conclusion]Theoptimumprocessingconditionforthecooper-ativeprocessingoffluorinewastewaterwithsepioliteandflyashwasprocessingwithpHas6anddosageofflyash-sepioliteas4mg/mlat20℃for30min.KeywordsFluorinewater;Sepiolite-flyash;Removalrate基金项目唐山市科技攻关基金项目(070014B)。作者简介周红星(1976-),男,河北唐山人,硕士,讲师,从事水污染控制技术研究。收稿日期2009-04-10世界卫生组织公布饮用水中适宜的含氟浓度为0.5~1.5mg/L。我国高氟病区遍布27个省、市、自治区,尤其是
