基于MBR出水的纳滤预处理技术优化分析

第5卷第6期环境工程学报Vol.5,No.62011年6月ChineseJournalofEnvironmentalEngineeringJun.2011基于MBR出水的纳滤预处理技术优化分析王亮1,2张朝晖1,2*张宏伟1,2孙凯1张秀涛1(1.天津工业大学环境与化学工程学院,天津300160;2.天津工业大学中空纤维膜材料与膜过程省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地,天津300160)摘要针对再生水厂膜生物反应器(MBR)出水水质特征,对后续深度处理工艺中与纳滤组合的预处理技术进行筛选。通过对臭氧、活性炭、臭氧-活性炭3种预处理技术对比,分析3种预处理方式对有机物的去除效率及对分子尺寸的影响规律。实验结果表明,3种预处理技术对MBR出水中有机物的平均去除率分别为6.6%、31.7%和36.6%;市政污水经MBR处理后出水中有机物主要集中在分子量<1000Da区间,这部分有机物是造成纳滤膜有机污染的主要成分;与单独活性炭相比,臭氧-活性炭对<1000Da区间有机物的去除率下降了50%(单独活性炭去除率为34.3%,臭氧-活性炭为16.3%);在300m3/d中试系统中,3种预处理技术分别与纳滤组合的运行实验表明,“活性炭+纳滤”工艺中膜比通量衰减最小,该工艺连续运行1年中试,系统运行稳定,出水含盐量在255mg/L以下,TOC低于2.5mg/L。关键词预处理技术纳滤中水回用活性炭臭氧中图分类号X703文献标识码A文章编号1673-9108(2011)06-1241-05OptimizationanalysisforpretreatmenttechnologiesofnanofiltrationbasedonMBReffluentWangLiang1,2ZhangZhaohui1,2ZhangHongwei1,2SunKai1ZhangXiutao1(1.CollegeofEnvironmentalandChemicalEngineering,TianjinPolytechnicUniversity,Tianjin300160,China;2.StateKeyLaboratoryofHollowFiberMembraneMaterialsandProcesses,TianjinPolytechnicUniversity,Tianjin300160,China)AbstractAccordingtothewaterqualityofmembranebioreactor(MBR)effluent,pretreatmentunitsofnanofiltration(NF)systemwereanalyzedintheadvancedtreatmentprocess.Threekindsofpretreatmentunits(ozonation,granularactivatedcarbon(GAC)andozonation-GAC)werecompared,theremovaloforganicpollu-tantsandthemolecularsizedistributionwereanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthattheaverageremovalefficiencyoforganicpollutantsbythreekindsofpretreatmentswere6.6%,31.7%and36.6%,respectively.TotheMBReffluentofmunicipalsewage,themolecularsizeoforganicpollutantsmainlydistributedbelow1000DaDalton.ComparedwithGAC,theremovalefficiencyoforganicpollutantswithmolecularsizebelow1000Dade-creasedby50%forozonation-GAC(GAC34.3%,ozonation-GAC16.3%).ContinuousoperationofNFcom-binedwiththreekindsofpretreatmentsrespectivelyina300t/dpilot-scaleexperimentsystemshowedthatthemostslowlyattenuationofmembranespecificfluxwasobtainedintheprocess“GAC+NF”.Aftercontinuousrunningofoneyearwith“GAC+NF”,theperformancewasstableandefficient.Waterqualityana
