2011国际沼气技术与环境工程学术研讨会暨产业化论坛论文集209奶牛养殖污水厌氧消化液好氧后处理的试验研究青捣\祝其丽2,胡启春2,孙辉1(1.四川大学建筑与环境学院,成都610045;2?农业部沼气科学研究所,成都610041)摘要:为进一步优化奶牛粪污沼气工程处理工艺,该试验采用批式厌氧消化加试验模拟序批式活性污泥法(SBR)组合工艺,研究了对奶牛场养殖污水的处理效果,同时讨论了对化学需氧量(COD),NH/-N,总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)去除原因。厌氧消化停留时间分别为3,6,9,12,15,18d;试验模拟SBR工艺周期为12h。试验表明在厌氧消化9d时,COD和B0D5的去除率分别为82.1%,96.9%,接近最大去_潜力,剩余的主要为难降解COD。在试验模拟SBR活性污泥法条件下,好氧段对于厌氧消化时间在〇 ̄9d内的厌氧消化液的NH/-N去除效果比较好,最髙可以达到97%。厌氧-好氧组合除氮除擁的效果是较理想的,去除率均达到近90%。在厌氧消化3 ̄9d内,好氧段12h,能够将奶牛场养殖污水原水的TN含置从731mg/L降解到99mg/L,TP含置从66mg/L降解到7m^L。如果厌氧消化时间过长,超过9<1,厌氧消化液碳氮比值很低,对厌氧消化液好氧后处理带来不利影响。研究结果为进一步优化养殖污水沼气工程处理提供了一定的参考价值。关键词:厌氧消化;SBR;奶牛;养殖污水Experimentalstudyonpost-treatmentofanaerobicallydigestedefluentfromflusheddairymanure/Qii^Pmg1,ZhaQi-U2vHuQf-chun2fSunHuiVC1.CollegeofArchitectureandEnvironmentofSichuanUniversiQrrChengdu,610045,China;2.BiogasInstituteofMinistryofAgriculture,Cbengdu,610041,China)Abstract:Inordertopromotingtreatmenteficiencyofanaerobic-aerobicmethod,anaerobic-aerobicco-treatmentofflusheddairymanurewascarriedoutinthebatchanaerobicreactorsandaerobicshakingbottlesbasedonSBftconcepttostudy,meanwhilethereasonofremoveofG0D,NH4+-N,TNandTPwasdiscussed.HRTofexperimentalanaerobicdiges?tionwas3,6,9,12,15118day;thecycletimeofaerobicprocesswas12hours.Hiedataofexperimentshowedthatafter9dayanaerobicdigestion,82.1%C0Dand96.9%BOD5removalratecouldbeachievedrespectively,nearbythemaximumCODremovalpotential.ButtheadditionalCODwashardbeingdigested.UnderSBRsituation,NH/-Nintheanaerobicdigestedefluentfrom0-9dayHRTADcouldbewellremovedbyaerobicprocess,withthebestdataof97%NH4+-Nre?movalrate.PhosphorsandnitrogenlemovalratewasverygoodbyAnaerobic ̄aerobicco-treatmentwithtotalremovalrateof90%,whichafter3_9dayanaerobicdigestionandthen12hoursSBRprocesB,TPcontentof
