收稿日期:2016-07-12二氧化碳在工业水处理中的应用概述柳洋,李志山(中昊光明化工研究设计院有限公司,辽宁大连甘北路34号116031)摘要:二氧化碳是一种具有温室效应的气体,大气层中CO2含量的升高显著推高地球表面的温度,引起一系列严重后果,诸如冰川融化、海平面上升、极端气候等。而现代工业的发展,却大大加快了向大气中排放二氧化碳的量,导致严重的温室效应。因此,如何减少排放和利用二氧化碳引起各国的高度重视。目前,处理二氧化碳的方法有深海掩埋、气体肥料、制成碳酸酯等方法。受技术、成本和使用量等因素影响,处理量有限。而工业水处理领域的工业循环冷却水处理、工业废水(污水)处理、工业纯水(原水)处理都是用水的大户,使用水量很大。如果能将二氧化碳在工业水处理方面进行应用,既可处理大量的工业用水,达到节水节能的目的,又可使用大量的温室气体,必将产生较大的社会效益和经济效益。关键词:二氧化碳;工业水处理中图分类号:X703文献标志码:A文章编号:1007-7804(2016)05-0008-03doi:10．3969/j．issn．1007-7804．2016．05．003SummaryoftheApplicationofCarbonDioxideinIndustrialWaterTreatmentLIUYang,LIZhishan(ZhonghaoGuangmingResearch&DesignInstituteofChemicalIndustryCo.,Ltd.,Dalian116031,China)Abstract:CO2asagreenhousegascansignificantlyraisethetemperatureonthesurfaceofearthifitscontentintheatmos-pherekeepsgrowing.Theconsequencescanbedisastroussuchasmeltingglaciers,risingsealevelandextremeweatherconditions.Nevertheless,thedevelopmentofmodernindustriesisboostingtheemissionofCO2intotheatmosphere,resul-tinginincreasinglyseriousgreenhouseeffects.Therefore,howtoreduceemissionandutilizeCO2hasbecomeaquestionthatneedstobeansweredbygovernmentsassoonaspossible.CurrentlyCO2istreatedinseveralwayslikeburiedindeepsea,transformedintogaseousfertilizer,usedasamaterialforcarbonicacidesters,etc.However,thequantitybeingtrea-tedisverysmallduetotherestrictionsrelatedtotechnology,costandusage.Ontheotherhand,industrialwatertreatmentindustryisamajorwaterconsumersinceitinvolvestreatmentofindustrialcirculationcoolingwater,industrialwastewater(effluent)andindustrialpurewater(rawwater).IfwecanfindawaytoutilizeCO2inindustrialwatertreatmentindustry,thenitispossibletoconsumemoregreenhousegaswhileincreasingtreatmentcapacityoftheindustrialwater,inadditiontosavingmorewaterandpower.Thesocialandeconomicbenefitsthuscreatedcanbequiteconsiderable.Keywords:CO2;industrialwatertreatment0引言水处理是指通过一系列水处理设备或装置将被污染的工业废水或污水进行净化处理,以达到国家规定的水质标准。由于社会生产、生活与水密切相关,因此,水处理领域涉及的应用范围十分广泛,形成了一个非常庞大的产业应用。工业水处理就是通过物理的、化学的手段,去除水中一些对生产、生活不需要的物质的过程,为了适用于特定的用途而对水进行的沉降、过滤、混
