ProjectofthetreatmentofhighlyconcentratedwastewaterfromcardboardpaperproductionLiChuan1,LiuYujie2,ZhangHui3,LuoHongyan1(1.JiangsuKeyLabofForestryEcologicalEngineering,NanjingForestryUniversity,Nanjing210037,China;2.HitachiElevator(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai201700,China;3.JiangsuKeyLabofPulpandPapermakingScienceandTechnology,NanjingForestryUniversity,Nanjing210037,China)高浓度箱板纸生产废水处理的工程实例李川1,刘煜杰2,张辉3,罗红艳1(1.南京林业大学江苏省林业生态工程重点实验室,江苏南京210037;2.日立电梯(上海)有限公司,上海201700;3.南京林业大学江苏省制浆造纸科学与技术重点实验室,江苏南京210037)[摘要]以浙江某大型造纸企业废水工程为例,探讨了初次混凝沉淀—厌氧水解/好氧氧化—二次沉淀—二次混凝沉淀—砂滤工艺在高浓度箱板纸废水处理中的应用。结果表明,初次混凝沉淀能够有效去除废水中的悬浮物;厌氧水解池可以很好地承受高有机负荷,并能够提高废水的BOD/COD,厌氧水解/好氧氧化阶段对COD去除率>90%;二次混凝沉淀进一步降低了废水的COD;最终的砂滤池保障出水水质稳定。该工艺可以有效地去除箱板纸生产废水中的COD和SS,平均COD去除率为98%,SS去除率为99%,出水各项指标达到了《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544—2001)的要求。[关键词]箱板纸生产废水;混凝沉淀;厌氧水解;好氧氧化[中图分类号]X703.1[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1005-829X(2010)06-0081-03Abstract:Thewastewaterfromalarge-scalepapermakingenterpriseprojecthasbeentakenasexample.Theappli-cationofthefirstcoagulationsedimentation-anaerobichydrolysis/aerobicoxidation-secondarycoagulationsedimen-tation-sandfiltrationprocesstothetreatmentofcardboardwastewaterwithhighconcentrationisdiscussed.There-sultsshowthatthefirstcoagulationsedimentationcaneffectivelyremovethesuspendedsubstances,andtheanaero-bichydrolysisfiltercanbearthehighlyorganicloadandincreasetheBOD/COD.TheCODremovalrateattheanaerobichydrolysis/aerobicoxidationstagecanbehigherthan90%.Thesecondarycoagulationsedimentationfur-therdecreasestheCODofthewastewater.Thefinalsandfilterensuresthestabilityofeffluentwaterquality.ThisprojectcaneffectivelyremoveCODandSSfromthewastewaterincardboardpaperproduction,theaverageCODre-movalrateis98%andaverageremovalrateofSSis99%。EveryeffluentindexmeetstherequirementsofthePol-lutantDischargeStandardfromPapermakingIndustrialWater(GB3544—2001).Keywords:wastewaterfromcardboardpaperproduction;coagulationsedimentation;anaerobichydrolysis-aerobicoxidation使用废纸制造箱板纸时废纸中约50%的填料、20%的细小纤维和95%的油墨会进入废水中〔1〕,同时脱墨剂的加入也增加了废水的污染程度。国内外研究者都进行了对箱板纸生产废
