CO2-水处理准东煤钠脱除效果研究

第45卷第4期2017年4月煤炭科学技术CoalScienceandTechnologyVo1.45No.4Apr.2017CO2一水处理准东煤钠脱除效果研究翁兴媛,齐越超,马志军,关智浩,苏文贵(辽宁工程技术大学矿业学院,辽宁阜新123000)摘要:为解决新疆准东高钠煤在燃烧利用时所引起的锅炉结渣与沾污等问题,采用CO一水处理方法进行煤燃前脱钠,在煤液比为1:20的混合液中,在保持一定的水浴温度和搅拌转速100r/min的条件下,持续通入CO:,考察了煤样粒度、CO通入时间和温度对脱钠效果的影响。结果表明:在CO:通入时间为24h的常温常压CO一水处理过程中,煤样粒径的减小有利于提升脱钠率,粒径为0.1~0.2inn时,脱钠率达到86.1%,在常温常压下CO通入6h后可以脱除大量的水溶钠和部分有机钠,脱钠率达到83.1%,温度升到40时加剧了煤中水溶钠、醋酸铵溶钠、稀盐酸溶钠的脱除效果,脱钠率可达到88.3%,达到了燃烧锅炉对煤质的要求。关键词:准东高钠煤;脱钠率;锅炉结渣;有机钠中图分类号:TQ533;TQ536文献标志码:A文章编号:0253—2336(2017)04—0176—05StudyonsodiunlremovaleffectwithC0一watertreatmentmethodforZhundongCoalWengXingyuan,QiYuechao,MaZhijun,GuanZhihao,SuWengui(SchoolofMining,LiaoningTechnicalUniversity,Fuxin123000,China)Abstract:InordertosolvetheproblemsofboilerslaggingandfoulingcausedbyXinjiangZhundonghighsodiumcoalduringcombustion,theCO2-watertreatmentmethodwasuredtoremovesodiumbeforeburning,wheninthemixtureofcoalandliquidratioof1:20,maintai—ningacertainwatertemperatureandsti~ingspeedof100r/minwiththeconditionsofventilationwithcarbondioxidegas,differentparticlesizeofcoal,theventilationtimeofcarbondioxideandtemperatureOiltheinfluenceofsodiumeffectwereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedduringCO2-waterpretreatmentundernormaltemperatureandnormalpressurewhenthetimeof24hoursofCO2ventilation,whilethede—creaseofparticlesizecouldfacilitateincreasethesodiumremovaleficiency.sodiumremovaleficiencyreached86.8%whenparticlesizeofcoalwas0.1~0.2mm.Underthenormaltemperatureandatmospheric,Itcouldberemovedlargeamountsofwatersolublesodiumandpartoftheorganicsodiumaftersixhourswithcarbondioxide.sodiumremovaleficiencyreached83.1%.Whenthetemperatureroseto40oC,itincreasedtheremovaleffectofwatersolubleinsodium,sodiumammoniumacetatesolution,dilutehydrochloricacidsolublesodiumincoal,sodiumremovaleficiencycouldreach88.3%.whichhadreachedtherequirementsofcoalburningboiler.Keywords:highsodiumZhundongCoal;sodiumrenlovaleficiency;boilerslagging;organicsodium0引言我国高钠煤主要分布在新疆准东地区,其预测储量达3900亿t,累计探明储量约2100亿t⋯,由于成煤历史和当地特殊的自然地理环境,煤中碱金属NaO的含量总体都在2%以上,部分矿区甚至
