中国环境科学2017,37(6):2150~2159ChinaEnvironmentalScience沸石加气混凝土生物填料制备及其序批式脱氮水处理边佳,陈天虎*,鲍腾,程鹏,陈冬,庆承松(合肥工业大学资源与环境工程学院,安徽合肥230009)摘要:以天然斜发沸石粉为主要原料,水泥为粘结剂,铝粉为造孔剂通过优化实验制备出沸石加气混凝土生物填料(ZPBF),并利用偏光显微镜(PM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术来表征ZPBF孔结构特征.结果表明:ZPBF开放孔隙率达到29.55%,为微生物进入ZPBF的内部附着生长提供空间.BET-N2吸附测得介孔孔径平均11.92nm,比表面积59.54m2/g,有利于离子交换吸附.ZPBF装填实验柱挂膜成熟后,以模拟含NH4+-N废水进行离子交换吸附、排空、鼓风微生物硝化再生、淋洗硝酸盐四阶段序批式运行,当离子交换吸附阶段HRT为2.8h,进水NH4+-N浓度10mg/L,以出水NH4+-N浓度1.5mg/L为穿透点,可吸附NH4+-N运行5d,鼓风24h可完成再生,NH4+-N平均去除率达到87%,TN平均去除率达到60%,出水达到北京城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准一级B.关键词:加气混凝土填料;脱氮;序批式水处理;生物再生中图分类号:X703,X783.4文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-6923(2017)06-2150-10Developmentandcharacterizationofzeolitebiologicalporousfilterfordenitrificationwastewatertreatmentbyintermittentoperation.BIANJia,CHENTian-hu*,BAOTeng,CHENGPeng,CHENDong,QINGCheng-song(SchoolofResourceandEnvironmentalEngineering,HefeiUniversityofTechnology,Hefei230009,China).ChinaEnvironmentalScience,2017,37(6):2150~2159Abstract:Zeoliteporousbiologicalfilter(ZPBF)waspreparedusingmixedcement,rawzeolite,andaluminumpowderthroughoptimizationexperimentandusedasanovelfiltermediuminbiologicalaeratedfilter(BAF).ThepropertiesoftheZPBFwereanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andporosimetry.TheresultsshowthatZPBFhasalargeBET-N2(59.54m2/g)andaverageporediameter(11.92nm)aswellasahighporosity(29.55%).Inaddition,theuniformandinterconnectedporesinZPBFmadeitsuitableforthemicrobialgrowth.InordertoprovethefeasibilityoftheuseofZPBFinBAF,ZPBFusedintheBAFwereinvestigatedforcitywastewatertreatment.Thus,intermittentdynamicexperimentswereconducted,theintermittentoperationcycleincludedadsorption,biologicalregeneration,anddripwashingZPBF.UntilconcentrationofNH4+-Nwasmorethan1.5mg/Lofeffluentstandards,waterinZPBF-BAFwasfirstlyemptied.TheresultsshowthatNH4+-Naverageremovalwas87%andTNaverageremovalwas60%attheblastfor24hand5dofcontinuousoperationperiod.TheresultsshowthattheeffluentwatercouldcomplywiththefirstgradeBinDischargeStandardofWaterPollutantsforBeiJingcity.Keywords:zeoliteporousfilter;denitrification;
