气化工艺黑水处理系统优化研究

第45卷第5期2017年5月化学工程CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)Vo1.45No.5May2017气化工艺黑水处理系统优化研究谢安东,代正华,李新宇,陈雪莉.-,龚欣,(华东理工大学1.煤气化与能源化工教育部重点实验室;2.上海煤气化工程技术研究中心,上海200237)摘要:气流床气化工艺在合成气激冷以及初步净化过程中会产生大量的高温含渣黑水,高温黑水在后续的多级闪蒸工艺处理过程中会产生一定量的低压闪蒸汽需消耗大量循环冷却水,同时排放大量含盐废水。为利用高温黑水含有的热能以及闪蒸系统副产的低压蒸汽,文中以粉煤气化工艺黑水处理系统为基础,提出了高温黑水回用和废水蒸发回收的系统优化方案,基于AspenPlus软件建立了气化黑水处理工艺新流程,并进行了模拟计算。模拟结果表明:当黑水回用比为0.5时,对有效气产量为70000in/h的粉煤气化装置而言,新流程系统总热效率由原来的90.65%提高到93.58%,合成气水气比由0.80提高到0.99;黑水闪蒸系统负荷减半,循环水用量降低45.64%,外排废水减少43.35%,黑水处理系统运行成本降低,实现了能量物质的综合利用。关键词:气化;黑水处理;能量回收;流程优化中图分类号:TQ546文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-9954(2017)05-0019-06DoI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—9954.2017.05.005ProcessoptimizationofgasificationblackwatertreatmentsystemXIEAn-dong,,DAIZheng-hua'。,LIXin.yu,,CHENXue.1i,,GONGXin'(1.KeyLaboratoryofCoalGasificationandEnergyChemicalEngineeringofMinistryofEducation;2.EngineeringResearchCenterforCoalGasificationinShanghai,EastChinaUniversityofScienceandTechnology,200237,China)Abstract:Thequenchingandprimarypurificationprocessofsyngasinentrained—flowgasificationproducelotsofhightemperatureblackwatercontainingfineslags.Thehightemperatureblackwaterisfurtherprocessedbymulti—stageflashunitwhichproducesmuchflashingsteamthatconsumeslargeamountsofrecirculatingcoolingwaterwithagreatdealofbrinewastewaterdischargeatthesametime.Inordertomakeabetterutilizationofenergycontainedinblackwaterandthebyproductflashingsteamgeneratedbyflashunit,processflowoptimizationwasproposedbyaddinghightemperatureblackwaterrecyclingunitandwastewaterevaporationreuseunittotheblackwatertreatmentprocessofentrained—flowpulverizedcoalgasification.ThenewprocessflowsheetwasestablishedandsimulatedonAspenPlusplatform.Whentheblackwaterrecyclingratiois0.5,theresultsshowthatforapulverizedcoalgasificationsystemwithacapacityof70000m/heffectivesyngas(H2+CO),thenewprocesscanimprovethetotalthermaleficiencyfrom90.65%to93.58%whilethesteamgasratioofsyngasincreasesfrom0.80to0.99.Theoperationloadofmulti—stageflashsystemisreducedby50%andtheconsumptionofrecirculatingcoolingwateriscutby45.64%.M
