再生水对钢管与球墨铸铁管的腐蚀研究

第12卷第2期2014年4月南水北调与水利科技South-to-NorthWaterTransfersandWaterScience&TechnologyVoI.12No.2Apr.2014DOI:10.13476/j.cnki.nsbdqk.2014.02.O44再生水对钢管与球墨铸铁管的腐蚀研究甘庆午,吴珊,厉智成(北京工业大学建筑工程学院北京市水质科学与水环境恢复工程重点实验室,北京100124)摘要:在实验室内采用旋转挂片失重法分别研究了常规工艺和膜工艺处理的再生水对A3碳钢与球墨铸铁的腐蚀行为,分析了5种水质参数对腐蚀性的影响。试验结果表明,膜处理工艺生产的再生水对这两种材料的腐蚀性高于常规处理工艺处理的再生水;A3碳钢在再生水中的耐腐蚀性强于球墨铸铁;SO4一对两种材料均表现出促进腐蚀作用,且在浓度为6O~120mg/L时腐蚀产物形态发生变化;C1一对A3碳钢与球墨铸铁同样具有腐蚀促进作用,在浓度为90~120mg/L时,出现由面腐蚀向点腐蚀变化的趋势;A3碳钢与球墨铸铁在两种再生水中的腐蚀速率随碱度增加而降低,硬度在30~120mg/L时,再生水对球墨铸铁的腐蚀具有抑制作用。采用LSI和LR指数判断水质对A3碳钢与球墨铸铁的腐蚀性时,需要考虑其适用的水质类型。关键词:再生水;碳钢;球墨铸铁;腐蚀速率;影响因素中图分类号:TU991;X7O3文献标识码:A文章编号:1672—1683(2014)02—0181—04StudyonCorrosionofReclaimedWatertoSteelPipeandDuctileCastIronPipeGANQing-wu。WUShan,LIZhi-cheng(CollegeofArchitectureandCivilEngineering,BeijingUniversityofTechnology,KeyLaboratoryofBeijingforWaterQualityScienceandWaterEnvironmentRestorationEngineering,Beijing100124,China)Abstract:ThelaboratoryrotarycoupontestwasusedtOinvestigatethecorrosionbehaviorofreclaimedwatertreatedbythecon—ventionalprocessandmembraneprocessonA3carbonsteelandductilecastiron,andtheimpactsoffivetypesofwaterqualityparametersonthetwomaterialswereanalyzed.Experimentresultsshowedthat(1)thecorrosiononthetwomaterialsofre—claimedwatertreatedbymembraneprocessishigherthanthattreatedbyconventionalprocess;(2)A3stee1hashighercorro—sionresistancethanductilecastironinthereclaimedwater:(3)SO4一canfacilitatecorrosioninthetwomaterials。andcorro—sionmorphologycanchangewhentheconcentrationis60~120mg/L;(4)C1一hasthesamecorrosioneffectsonA3carbonstee1andductilecastironasSO4一.WhentheconcentrationofC1一reachto90~120mg/L。thecorrosiontrendvariesfromsur—facecorrosiontOpointcorrosion:and(5)thecorrosionrateofA3carbonsteelandductilecastironinthetwotypesofreclaimedwaterdecreaseswiththeincreasingofalkalinity.Whenthehardnessof30~120mg/L。reclaimedwaterhasinhibitoryeffectsoncorrosiontotheductilecastiron.ThetypeofwaterqualityneedstobeconsideredwhentheLSIandLRindexesareappliedtoevaluatethecorrosioneffectsofwaterqualityonA3st
