基金项目:贵阳市科技计划项目(筑科合同2012103-83)作者简介:程雅柔(1989-),女,在读硕士,主要从事环境科学研究。通讯作者:秦好丽,E-mail:hollyqin@126.com·监测分析·贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水重金属污染物潜在健康风险评价程雅柔,秦好丽贵州师范大学,贵州贵阳550001摘要:目的研究贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水10种重金属含量,并评价其对人体健康产生的潜在风险。方法依据2013年3月的水质检测数据,采用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型,对10种重金属污染物进行健康风险评价。结果贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水中10种重金属的浓度均达到国家饮用水卫生标准,其中铬未检出;经口暴露的致癌风险关系为Cd>As,经皮肤暴露的致癌风险关系为As>Cd,经口暴露的非致癌风险关系为Hg>Se>Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cu,而经皮肤暴露的非致癌风险关系为Hg>Zn>Se>Mn>Cu>Ni>Pb;成年人和儿童2类人群经口暴露途径的健康风险值均大于皮肤暴露,致癌风险均大于非致癌风险,成年人的综合风险大于儿童的,数值分别为1.08×10-5、0.465×10-5。结论贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水中,10种重金属污染物致癌风险和非致癌风险均未超过最大可接受水平,未对贵阳市居民的健康造成威胁。关键词:贵阳市西郊水厂;管网末梢水;重金属污染物;潜在健康风险评价中图分类号:R123.1文献标识码:B文章编号:1004-8685(2014)18-2697-06ThepotentialhealthriskassessmentonheavymetalpollutioninwaterpipenetworkperipheralofwesternsuburbswaterplantofGuiyangCHENGYa-rou,QINHao-liGuizhouNormalUniversity,Guiyang550001,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveTostudythecontentofthe10kindsofheavymetalelementsinwaterpipenetworkperipheralofwesternsuburbswaterplantofGuiyangandassessthepotentialrisktohumanhealth.MethodsThehealthriskassessmenton10kindsofheavymetalsofwaterpipenetworkperipheralwascarriedoutunderthemodelrecommendedbytheU.S.environmentalpro-tectionagency(USEPA)accordingtothewaterqualitymonitoringdataof2013.ResultsTheconcentrationof10kindsofheavymetalswerealluptothenationalsanitarystandardfordrinkingwater,thecarcinogenicriskandthenon-carcinogenicriskof9kindsofheavymetalswerenotexceededtothemaximumacceptablelevels,exceptchromiumwasnotdetected.ThecarcinogenicriskrelationshipviadietaryintakeexposurepathwasCd>As,whichwasAs>Cdviadermalintakeexposurepath.Thenon-carcinogenicriskrelationshipviadietaryintakeexposurepathwasHg>Se>Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cu,whichviader-malintakeexposurepathwasHg>Zn>Se>Mn>Cu>Ni>Pb.Foradultsandchildren,thehealthrisksvaluesviadietaryin-takeexposurepathwereallgreaterthanthatviadermalintakeexposurepath;andthecarcinogenicriskwasgreaterthanthenon-carcinogenicrisk.Theaggregatehealthriskofadultsisgreaterthanthatofchildren,theirrisklevelwere1.08×10-5and0.465×10-5,respectively.Conclusion
