作者简介:杨艳亮(1971-),男,大专,主治医师,主要从事儿科临床工作。通讯作者:张进国,E-mail:zhjg_65@sina.com·调查报告·河北省易县居民饮用水中碘、氟和砷含量调查杨艳亮1,张进国2,张保宗3,王凤敏1,史丽4,张红杰41.易县妇幼保健院,河北易县074299;2.易县疾病预防控制中心,河北易县074299;3.石家庄人民医学高等专科学校,河北石家庄050091;4.易县医院,河北易县074299摘要:目的了解易县居民饮用水中碘、氟和砷含量,为地方病防治提供依据。方法按《河北省居民生活饮用水水碘、水氟、水砷分布调查方案》开展调查,调查范围为全县27个乡镇,以行政村为单位,对集中供水的村,每个调查村随机抽取并采集1份末梢水。对分散式供水的村,如水源少于5个的村,全部采样检测。如水源多于5个的村,按东、西、南、北、中5个方位随机抽取5户居民饮用水水样。水中碘检测采用碘的砷铈催化分光光度法测定(WS/T107-2006),水中氟和砷检测采用生活饮用水标准检验方法(GB/T5750.5-2006)测定。结果全县共检测水样1024份,居民饮用水中碘含量为(2.22±1.49)μg/L,氟含量为(0.26±0.12)mg/L,砷含量为(0.002±0.001)mg/L。结论易县为碘缺乏地区,不容易出现地方性氟中毒流行,不会出现地方性砷中毒病区,今后地方病防治工作重点仍是碘缺乏病。关键词:饮用水;碘;氟;砷;调查中图分类号:R123.1文献标识码:B文章编号:1004-8685(2014)21-3146-03SurveyoncontentsofiodineandfluorineandarsenicindrinkingwaterofresidentsinYicountyofHebeiprovinceYANGYan-liang*,ZHANGJin-guo,ZHANGBao-zong,WANGFeng-min,SHILi,ZHANGHong-jie*YiCountyHealthofWomenandChildrenHohpital,YiCounty074299,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatethecontentsofiodine,fluorineandarsenicindrinkingwaterinYicountyandtoprovideescientificbasisforthepreventionofendemicdiseases.MethodsAccordingtothepress“Fluoride,iodineandarsenicdistri-butionsurveyprograminHebeiprovinceresidentsdrinkingwaterofHebeiprovincefluoride,iodine,arsenicdistributionsurveyprogram”,thewatersamplesfromthecounty's27townshipswerecollected,takeanadministrativevillageasaunit.Onesam-pleofdrinkingwaterwasrandomlycollectedfromeveryvillagewithcentralizedwatersupply.Forvillageswithdecentralizedwa-tersupply,takefivesamplesofdrinkingwaterrandomlyaccordingtodirections(east,west,south,northandcentre)ifthereweremorethanfivewatersourcesinthevillage;buttakesamplesfromallthewatersourcesiftherewerelessthanfivewatersources,allthewatersamplesshouldbecollected.Wateriodinecontentsweredeterminedwitharsenicceriumcatalyticspectro-photometricmethod.Fluorinecontentandarseniccontentsweredeterminedwithdrinkingwaterstandardtestmethods.ResultsTheresidentsdrinkingwateriodinecontentswere2.22±1.49μg/L,waterfluoridecontentswere0.26±0.12mg/L,andarseniccontentswere0
