第37卷第12期2019年12月环境工程EnvironmentalEngineeringVol.37No.12Dec.2019耐冷好氧反硝化菌脱氮技术研究进展*张艺冉李再兴孙悦周石磊(河北科技大学环境科学与工程学院河北省污染防治生物技术实验室,石家庄050018)摘要:耐冷好氧反硝化菌因其独特的生长特性与同步异养硝化好氧反硝化的功能,为解决天然水体中氮素的去除提供了新的技术思路。综述了好氧反硝化作用机理研究进展,包括耐冷好氧反硝化菌的富集-驯化-筛选方法,已分离的耐冷好氧反硝化菌的类群及其生长特性,耐冷好氧反硝化菌的生物脱氮影响因素及其应用领域。耐冷好氧反硝化菌在低温环境生物脱氮方面具有明显的优势。因此,对耐冷好氧反硝化菌的脱氮作用机理和实际工程应用进行展望。关键词:好氧反硝化;生物脱氮;耐冷;作用机理;影响因素DOI:10.13205/j.hjgc.201912005RESEARCHPROGRESSONNITROGENREMOVALOFCOLDRESISTANCEAEROBICDENITRIFYINGBACTERIAZHANGYi-ran,LIZai-xing,SUNYue,ZHOUShi-lei(PollutionPreventionBiotechnologyLaboratoryofHebeiProvince,SchoolofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,HebeiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Shijiazhuang050018,China)Abstract:Inthepastfewyears,increasingnumberofresearchersfocusedoncoldresistanceaerobicdenitrificationbacteriafortheiroutstandinggrowthcharacteristicsandfunctionofsimultaneousheterotrophicnitrificationandaerobicdenitrification,whichcouldprovidesupportforthenitrogenremovalofnaturalwater.Themechanismsofcold-resistantandaerobicdenitrificationbacteria,themethodsofenrichment-domestication-screeningforcold-resistantaerobicdenitrifiers,theisolatedstrainsandtheirgrowthcharacteristicsweresummarizedinthispaper.Furthermore,theinfluencingfactorsofcold-resistantdenitrifierswereexplored,andtheapplicationofaerobicdenitrificationinenvironmentalbioremediationwasdiscussed.Researchesdemonstratedthatcold-resistantaerobicdenitrifiershadobvioustechnologicaladvantagesinnitrogenremoval,butthemechanismofcold-resistantandaerobicdenitrificationrequiredfurtherstudyforitsapplicationinenvironmentalbioremediation.Moreover,themethodsfortheenrichment-domestication-screeningforcold-resistantaerobicdenitrifierswerestillnotperfect,especially,therewaslittleresearchreportedoncold-resistantdenitrifiersbasedonpracticalengineeringapplicationandmorefocuswasneedinfuturestudy.Keywords:aerobicdenitrification;biologicalnitrogenremoval;cold-resistant;mechanism;influencingfactors*国家自然科学基金(51909056);河北省研究生创新项目(CXZZSS2019080);河北科技大学引进人才科研启动基金项目(1181278)。收稿日
