华北电力大学(保定)硕士学位论文鲁奇气化炉废水生化处理的中试实验研究姓名:刘利军申请学位级别:硕士专业:工学;环境工程指导教师:赵毅2011-06摘要I摘要本文针对煤化工行业废水排放量增大、水质复杂、处理率低等问题,概述了煤化工废水的来源、水质特点及国内外对该类废水处理工艺的研究和应用现状。基于对义马气化厂鲁奇气化炉污水中COD组分、氮组分、磷组分和酚组分的详细分析,进行了鲁奇气化炉污水的现场中试实验,深入研究了BioDopp生化工艺对鲁奇气化炉工废水的处理的相关影响因素、中试实验稳定阶段各物质的流向和平衡等。同时,对BioDopp生化工艺处理鲁奇气化炉污水脱氮过程进行了详细分析,论证了同步短程硝化反硝化历程,并计算了其各种硝化反硝化过程的比例。最终提出了工程化应用最佳工艺条件。BioDopp生化工艺处理鲁奇气化炉废水经现场中试实验的调试与运行表明,该技术具有经济、高效、占地面积小、运行稳定和抗冲击负荷能力强等优点。CODCr、氨氮、总酚和总油的平均去除率分别达到98.45%、99.30%、99.90%、99.32%,总氮去除效率71.50%。本文研究结果对鲁奇气化炉生化处理具有重要参考价值,对其他相关废水处理工程的设计、调试和运行有一定的示范作用。关键词:煤化工废水;BioDopp生化工艺;同步硝化反硝化;短程脱氮摘要IIAbstractOverthepastyears,asthedevelopmentofcoal-chemicalengineeringindustry,theissueofwastewaterdischargevolumeaugmenting,complexqualityandlowtreatmentefficiencyisbecomingincreasinglyobviousandwaterpollutionpricksup.Ifthewastewaterdischargeddirectlywithoutanytreatmentortoinsufficientlevelsoftreatment,itwillpollutereceivingwatersaroundgasproductioncompaniesandevenbeharmfultogroundwater.Thispapergeneralizesthesources,characteristicsofcoal-chemicalengineeringindustrywastewater,presentsresearchandapplicationsituationintreatingsuchkindofwastewater.Also,thispapercarriedoutadetailedanalysisonthequalityofwastewaterfromYimaGasificationPlantLurgigasifier,especiallyanalysizedtheCOD,nitrogen,phosphorusandphenolcomponents.Throughpilotexperimenton-siteforLurgigasifierwastewatertreatment,thispaperstudiedtheefficiencyoftheBioDoppbiochemicalprocessfortreatingLurgigasifierwastewaterindepth,andfocusedondiscussingthechangesofwastewatermainindicatorsandcausesbeforeandafterbiochemicaltreatmentduringtheexperiment.Moreover,thisarticlesystematicallystudiedthepathwayandbalanceofthesubstancesatthestablephaseofthepilotexperiment,analyzedthenitrogenremovalmechanismbyBioDoppBiochemicalProcessfortreatingLurgigasifierwastewaterindetail,demanstratedtheoccuranceofthesimultaneousshortcutnitrification-denitrificationprocess,evencalculatedtheproportionofnitrificationanddenitrificationprocess.Effectsofdissolvedoxygenandtemperatureontheperforma
