城市污水厂减少外碳源投加量的研究_滕荣国

书城市污水厂减少外碳源投加量的研究滕荣国1,庄新民2(1.金坛市自来水公司,江苏金坛213200;2.金坛市住房和城乡建设局,江苏金坛213200)摘要:2013年1月—3月,在金坛市第一污水处理厂进行了减少外加碳源(甲醇)投加量的试验研究。结果表明:将甲醇投加点从A2/O池厌氧段进水口调整至缺氧段后,甲醇全部用于反硝化,减少了厌氧段对外加碳源的消耗,甲醇日均用量较去年同期减少约45.9%。同时,甲醇用量减少后,出水各项水质参数均能达标,且对TN的平均去除率达到50.3%。根据生物脱氮除磷理论调整内回流去向,严格保持厌氧段、缺氧段的DO范围,使硝化液全部回流至缺氧段进行反硝化,提高了反硝化效率;并且消除了硝酸盐对厌氧释磷的抑制,聚磷菌在厌氧段释磷、好氧段吸磷的能力明显增强,提高了生物除磷效果。通过对不同回流比时脱氮效果的分析,内回流比在200%、300%时出水TN值均能达到一级A标准,但内回流比为300%时的脱氮效果较200%时的好,且反硝化时间充足,故300%的内回流比更适合该污水厂生产运行需求。关键词:甲醇;投加点;内回流比;投加量中图分类号:X703文献标识码:C文章编号:1000-4602(2013)21-0065-04StudyonReductionofCarbonSourceDosageforSewageTreatmentPlantTENGRong-guo1,ZHUANGXin-min2(1.JintanCityWaterSupplyCo.,Jintan213200,China;2.JintanHousingandUrbanConstructionBureau,Jintan213200,China)Abstract:Anexperimentalstudyonthereductionofexternalcarbonsource(methanol)dosagewascarriedoutinJintanFirstSewageTreatmentPlantfromJanuarytoMarch2013.TheresultsshowedthatafterchangingdosingpointsofmethanolfromanaerobiczonetoanoxiczoneinA2/Otank,methanolwastotallyusedfordenitrification,withoutanaerobicconsumptionofexternalcarbonsource,andwitha45.9%decreaseindailyaveragedosageofmethanolcomparedwiththesameperiodofthelastyear.Af-terreductioninmethanoldosage,theeffluentqualityparametersallmetthestandards,andtheaverageremovalrateofTNwas50.3%.AccordingtoBNRtheory,theinternalrefluxratiowasadjusted,theDOrangesofanaerobicandanoxiczonesweremaintainedstrictly,allthenitrificationliquidreturnedtotheanoxiczoneforanoxicdenitrification,whichimprovedthedenitrificationefficiency.Andtheinhibitionofnitratetoanaerobicphosphorusreleasewaseliminated,theabilityofphosphateaccumulatingbacteriaforanaerobicphosphorusreleaseandaerobicphosphorusuptakewasmarkedlyenhanced,andthebiologicalphosphorusremovalefficiencywasimproved.Atbothinternalrefluxratiosof200%and300%,theefflu-entTNcouldmeetthefirstlevelAstandard.However,thedenitrificationefficiencyatrefluxratioof300%wasbetterthanthatatrefluxratioof200%,andthedenitrificationtimewassufficient.Itiscon-cludedthattheinternalrefluxratioof300%ismoresuitab
