书油气田开发工程含油污水气浮旋流装置结构优化与性能试验*刘新福1王春升1刘春花2陈家庆3尚超1(1.中海油研究总院技术研发中心2.中国石油大学(华东)机电工程学院3.北京石油化工学院机械工程学院)摘要:为了大幅度减少含油污水分离设备空间占用并降低生产成本,结合旋流和气浮技术研发出紧凑高效型气浮旋流分离装置。通过建立含油污水中分散颗粒的浮升模型,完成气浮旋流装置关键部件的结构设计,依据该装置浮升特性分析和现场性能试验,对其结构和操作参数进行探索和优化。研究结果表明,油滴粒径的增大使得所需的罐体内径减小,而流量的提升会使得入口管径增大,为除掉小粒径油滴应尽量降低表面水力负荷率;装置的除油率随回流量的增加先提升后下降,并随气泡发生量的增大而逐步提高,且在流量波动时也能够保持在80%左右;选取操作参数时需综合油滴与气泡碰撞、粘附的概率及泵耗等因素。关键词:气浮处理;旋流分离;含油污水;浮升特性;性能试验中图分类号:TE992.2文献标识码:Adoi:10.16082/j.cnki.issn.1001-4578.2015.06.021StructuralOptimizationandPerformanceTestofAir-spargedHydrocycloneforWaterDe-oilingLiuXinfu1WangChunsheng1LiuChunhua2ChenJiaqing3ShangChao1(1.Researchanddevelopmentcenter,CNOOCResearchInstitute;2.CollegeofMechanicalandElectronicEngineering,ChinaU-niversityofPetroleum(Huadong);3.SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,BeijingInstituteofPetrochemicalTechnology)Abstract:Tominimizetheoilywaterseparationequipmentfootprintandreducethecosts,acompact,highefficiencyair-spargedhydrocyclonedeviceisdevelopedbythecyclonicseparationandair-spargetechnology.Thestructuraldesignofthekeycomponentofair-spargedhydrocyclonedeviceiscompletedbasedonanestablishedfloatingmodelofdispersedparticlesinoilywater.Thestructureandoperatingparametersofthedeviceisexploredandoptimizedaccordingtotheliftingcharacteristicsandfieldperformancetestofthedevice.Theresultsshowthatthelargertheoildropletsizeis,thesmallertheinnerdiameterofthetankisrequired.Alargerinletdiameterwillbeneededwiththeincreaseofflowrate.Toremovethesmallsizedroplets,thesurfacehydraulicloadingrateshouldbeminimized.Thede-oilefficiencyofthedeviceincreaseswiththeincreaseofrecirculatingrate,butde-creaseswhentherecirculatingratereachestoacertainlevel.Thede-oilingefficiencyincreaseswiththeincreaseofbubblegenerationamount,andwouldmaintainaround80%withthefluctuationoftheflowrate.Factorslikecolli-sionofoildropletsandbubbles,theprobabilityofadhesionandpumpconsumptionneedtobeconsideredinselec-tingtheoperatingparameters.Keywords:air-spargeprocess;cyclonicseparation;oilywater;buoyantcharacteristics;pe
