三氯乙醛消毒副产物生成量控制的研究张格维，陈虎(连云港市自来水有限责任公司水质检测中心，江苏连云港222002)摘要:研究了连云港市第三水厂和海州水厂加氯消毒过程中三氯乙醛的生成情况及其影响因素。结果表明，水中三氯乙醛浓度值同余氯值的相关性较差，根据水中余氯值无法直接判别三氯乙醛的生成情况，氯消毒后饮用水中三氯乙醛的含量主要取决于水中前驱物的浓度，与水中有机物含量相关性很高。在pH值中性条件下，三氯乙醛的产生量最高，随着温度的升高，三氯乙醛的生成量明显增大;随着投氯量的加大，三氯乙醛的生成量呈上升趋势，但增长率随着加氯量的增加显著减缓;随着氯气与水接触时间的延长，生成的三氯乙醛的量在增加。根据研究结果提出了连云港市第三水厂和海州水厂在加氯消毒工艺中控制三氯乙醛生成的措施。关键词:三氯乙醛;影响因素;控制措施中图分类号:TU991．25文献标志码:A文章编号:1673－9353(2015)03－0023－05doi:10．3969/j．issn．1673－9353．2015．03．006Productioncontrolofchloralhydratedisinfectionby-productsZhangGewei，ChenHu(WaterQualityDetectionCenter，LianyungangWaterSupplyCo．，Ltd．，Lianyungang222002，China)Abstract:TheproductionanditsinfluencingfactorsofchloralhydrateduringchlorinationdisinfectionintheThirdWaterworksandtheHaizhouWaterworksofLianyungangCitywereinvestigated．Theresultsindicatedthatthecorrelationofchloralhydrateconcentrationandresidualchlorinewasnotsatisfied．Theproductionofchloralhydratewasnotconfirmeddirectlyaccordingtotheresidualchlorineinthewater．Theconcentrationofchloralhydrateindrinkingwaterafterchlorinationdisinfectionwasrelatedtotheconcentrationofprecursorinthewater，andhadhighcorrelationwithorganiccontentsinthewater．TheproductionofchloralhydratewasthelargestundertheneutralpHcondition．Theproductionofchloralhydratewasincreasedobviouslywiththeriseoftemperature．Theproductionofchloralhydratepresentedtherisetendencywiththeincreaseofchlorinedosage．However，theincreaseratewasreducedsharplywiththeriseofchlorinedosage．Theproductionofchloralhydratewasincreasedwiththeextensionofcontacttimebetweenchlorineandwater．Accordingtotheresearchresults，thecontrolmeasuresofchloralhydrateproductionduringchlorinationdisinfectionprocessintheThirdWaterworksandtheHaizhouWaterworksofLianyungangCitywereputforward．Keywords:chloralhydrate;influencingfactors;controlmeasuresTHMs和HAAs两类卤代有机物是饮用水中受到普遍关注的氯化消毒副产物。三氯乙醛也属于氯化消毒副产物，三氯乙醛是氯乙醛类消毒副产物中生成量及危害性最大的一种，很多国家饮用水中均检出三氯乙醛。三氯乙醛为无色易挥发性油状液体，有刺激性气味，三氯乙醛对皮肤和粘膜有强烈的·32·第9卷第3期2015年6月供水技术WATERTECHNOLOGYVol．9No．3Jun．2015刺激性作用，对肝肾、脾脏有损害作用。国外一些学者认为加氯消毒后饮用水
