第22卷第6期2002年6月生态学报ACTAECOLOGICASINICAVol.22,No.6Jun.,2002城市污泥好氧堆肥过程中积温规律的探讨陈同斌,黄启飞,高定,黄泽春,郑玉琪,李艳霞(中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所环境修复室,北京100101)基金项目:国家“九五”科技攻关资助项目(962909201205)收稿日期:2001209207;修订日期:2002202225作者简介:陈同斌(1963~),男,广西人,博士,研究员。主要从事植物修复、废弃物资源化技术和土壤环境保护研究。E2mail:Chentb@igsnrr.ac.cn摘要:对城市污泥好氧堆肥稳定化过程的温热条件进行了探讨,将物候学中的积温概念应用于堆肥稳定化(腐熟)过程。它同时兼顾到堆肥过程中的温度强度和持续时间两个参数。对于采用的强制通风静态垛堆肥工艺(CTB自动控制堆肥工艺),建议以15℃作为生物学零度,积温指标为10000℃·h左右。堆肥原料的性质、堆肥工艺、微生物种群、生物学零度、外界环境等因素可能会对积温产生一定影响。关键词:积温;城市污泥;堆肥AccumulatedTemperatureasanIndicatortoPredicttheStabilizingProcessinSewageSludgeCompostingCHENTong2Bin,HUANGQi2Fei,GAODing,HUANGZe2Chun,ZHENGYu2Qi,LIYan2Xia(LaboratoryofEnvironmentalRemediation,InstituteofGeographicSciencesandNaturalResourcesRe2search,ChineseAcademyofSciences,Beijing100101,China).ActaEcologicaSinica,2002,22(6):911~915.Abstract:Accumulatedtemperatureisanimportantindexoftherequiredheatconditionduringthegrowthofplant.Theaccumulatedvalueofdailytemperatureduringthegrowingperiodisrelativelysteady.Likethegrowingprocessofplant,theheatconditionisalsoimportantforthecompostingprocess.Thetwoaimsofcompostingprocess,eliminatingpathogenandstabilizingorganicmatter,allrelatestotheheatcondition.Itisnecessarytokeepthecompostingprocessduringthemoderatetemperatureforaperiodoftimetocompletethestabilizingprocess.Thespeciesandactivityofmicroorganismsareveryimportanttothestabilizingprocess.Thechemicalreactionincreasesonetimemorewhenthetemperatureincreases10℃duringtherangeinwhichissuitableformicroorganismsgrowth.Thehigh2temperature2short2periodreactionandthelow2temperature2long2pe2riodreactionachievetheapproximatelystabilizingeffect.Sothedeterminatetemperatureandthedurationduringthetemperatureareallrequiredforthestabilizingprocess.Thestudywascarriedouttoinvestigatetheaccumulatedtemperatureduringthestabilizingprocess.Allexperimentedcompostingpileswereplacedinabuildingintwo116m×110mbayswithcementfloorsandwalls.Aerationboardswerelaidonthebottomofthebays.Thepilescontainedsewagesludge(moisture=83%~85%,volatilesolid=49
