水CHINAWATERRESOURCES2015.15收稿日期:2015-06-30作者简介:李晓琴,工程师,主要研究方向为农村饮水安全、信息化与自动化。基金项目:“十二五”国家科技支撑计划课题(2012BAJ25B05)。定远县吴圩水厂管网监控系统构建与应用李晓琴1,唐全胜2,余和俊2,胡孟1,李江华1(1.中国水利水电科学研究院,100048,北京;2.安徽省定远县农村供水工程管理总站,233200,安徽)摘要:吴圩水厂管网监控系统采用压力敏感度经验分析方法在配水管网大管段交叉处、管网末梢最不利点、主要用水区域等管段建设了19个压力监测点。系统基于无线通信方式实时采集配水管网监测点的压力值,对配水管网路由、管道信息与采集数据进行分图层可视化展示;通过数据分析进行压力突变、低值、高值、通信中断等报警;对水厂基本信息、采集数据进行分析、查询、图表生成、报表等信息管理。系统采用地图引擎技术、Ajax技术与双层实时数据表,提高系统访问速度与数据实时性;优选性价比与防护等级高的压力传感器,降低建设成本;组态软件支持远程异地维护,降低运行维护费用;支持多种接口,满足与区域级监管系统快速对接的需求。关键词:管网;压力;监控;吴圩水厂ConstructionandapplicationofthemonitoringsystemforWuxuWaterWorksinDingyuanCounty//LiXiaoqin,TangQuansheng,YuHejun,HuMeng,LiJianghuaAbstract:ForthemonitoringsystemofwaterdistributionnetworkinWuxuWaterWorks,themethodforpressure-sensitivityempiricalanalysisisadopted.19pressuremonitoringpointshavebeensetatthecrossingofthemajordistributionpipelines,themostunfavorablepointsofnetworkendandmajorwaterconsumptionarea.Thesystemisbasedonwirelesscommunicationmodetocollectthereal-timepressurevalueatthemonitoringpointsofwaterdistributionnetwork.Layervisualizationdemonstrationwithinthesystemisusedtoshowtheroutingofwaterdistributionnetwork,pipelineinformationandthecollecteddata.Thealarmssuchassuddenchange,lowvalue,highvalueandcommunicationoutagearegiventhroughdataanalysis.Thesystemcancarryoutinformationmanagementconcerningtheanalysis,inquiry,generatingdiagramsorreportsofthebasicinformationandthecollecteddatafromwatertreatmentplant.Itadoptsthetechnologies,suchasmapsearchengine,Ajaxanddouble-layerreal-timedatatabletoimprovesystemvisitingspeedandthereal-timedata.Preferenceisgiventothepressuresensorswithgoodcostperformanceandhighprotectionlevelsoastolowerconstructioncost.Itsconfigurationsoftwaresupportsremotemaintenanceandcutsdownoperationandmaintenancecost.Availablefordiversifiedinterfaces,thesystemcanmeetthedemandforitsfastconnectionwithregionalmonitoringsystem.Keywords:pipelinenetwork;pressure;monitoring;WuxuWaterWorks中图分类号:TU991+TP3文献标识码:B文章编号:1000-1123(2015)15-0050-03供水水压是
