第29卷第3期2011年9月四川农业大学学报JournalofSichuanAgriculturalUniversityVol.29No.3Sep.2011收稿日期:2011-04-11基金项目:四川省教育厅重点项目(10ZA059)。责任作者:王应军(E-mail:wwyyjj1972@163.com)doi:10.3969/j.issn.1000-2650.2011.03.018橐吾(Ligulariasibirica)对畜禽废水的净化能力张俊萍,王应军,邓仕槐(四川农业大学资源环境学院,四川温江611130)摘要:首次选取橐吾(Ligulariasibirica)作为供试植物应用于人工湿地中,通过模拟人工湿地,研究橐吾人工湿地对畜禽废水的净化能力。结果表明:橐吾人工湿地对高浓度畜禽废水中总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH4+-N)平均去除率分别达到92.73%、82.44%、82.78%和87.75%,对中浓度畜禽废水中TP、TN、COD和NH4+-N平均去除率也分别达到93.50%、88.79%、82.56%和96.07%;另外,橐吾更适用于主要污染物为有机物的污水;在氮磷的吸收方面,橐吾叶片氮磷含量均显著高于叶柄和根,且在3种处理下均表现主动吸收氮磷;根际基质脲酶活性与TN去除率呈显著正相关,磷酸酶活性与TP去除率呈正相关但不显著,可将基质脲酶活性作为评价TN去除率的指标;橐吾是很有潜力的人工湿地植物。关键词:橐吾;人工湿地;氮磷积累;基质酶中图分类号:X173;X713文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-2650(2011)03-0397-05PurificationEffectofLigulariasibiricaonLivestockWastewaterZHANGJun-ping,WANGYing-jun,DENGShi-huai(CollegeofResourceandEnvironment,SichuanAgriculturalUniversity,Wenjiang611130,Sichuan,China)Abstract:ByselectingLigulariasibiricawhichhasnotbeenusedinwetlandasthetestplant,andconstructingsimulatingwetland,thisstudyresearchedthepurificationeffectoftheLigulariasibiricawetlandonlivestockwastewater.TheresultsshowedthattheaverageremovalrateofLigulariasibiricawetlandtoTP,TN,CODandNH4+-Nfromthelivestockwastewaterwithhighconcentrationreached92.73%,82.44%,82.78%and87.75%respectively,andtothoseoflivestockwastewaterwiththemiddleconcentration,italsoreached93.50%,88.79%,82.56%and96.07%respectively.Inaddition,Ligulariasibiricaismoreapplicabletowastewaterthathasorganiccontaminantasthemainpollutants.Asfortheabsorptionofnitrogenandphosphor-us,thecontentsofNandPinLigulariasibiricaleavesweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthepetiolesandroots.Meanwhile,Ligulariasibiricaleavesshowedinitiativeabsorptionofnitrogenandphosphorusinthethreetreatments.Rhizosphereureaseactivityofsubstratehadasignificantposi-tivecorrelationwiththeremovalofTN,andphosphataseactivityhadapositivebutnotsignificantcorre-lationwiththeremovalofTP.Soureaseactivityofsubstratecanbeusedasanevaluationindexofre-movalrateofTN,andLigulariasibirica
