第40卷第5期2010年9月东南大学学报(自然科学版)JOURNALOFSOUTHEASTUNIVERSITY(NaturalScienceEdition)Vol.40No.5Sept.2010doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-0505.2010.05.025蚯蚓对垂直流人工湿地微生物量及脲酶活性的影响王国芳1吴磊1徐雪玲1金秋1李先宁1,2(1东南大学能源与环境学院,南京210096)(2东南大学环境医学工程教育部重点实验室,南京210096)摘要:在垂直流潜流式人工湿地中引入赤子爱胜蚓,构建了蚯蚓垂直流潜流式人工湿地.比较了蚯蚓人工湿地与对照人工湿地表层和底层的细菌总数、氨化细菌数、硝化与反硝化细菌数及脲酶活性,分析了蚯蚓的引入对垂直流人工湿地基质中微生物量及脲酶活性分布的影响.结果表明,蚯蚓的引入对微生物的生长与增殖及脲酶活性的提高有明显促进作用.在蚯蚓主要活动的表层0~20cm基质内,蚯蚓人工湿地的细菌总数、氨化细菌数、硝化细菌数分别达到0.86×109~3.78×109cells/g,1.01×107~5.75×107MPN/g和1.88×108~6.08×108cells/g,显著高于对照人工湿地;同时,蚯蚓人工湿地表层的脲酶活性也明显提高;蚯蚓的引入提高了有机污染物及氮的转化与去除的速率.关键词:蚯蚓;垂直流人工湿地;微生物;脲酶中图分类号:X703文献标志码:A文章编号:1001-0505(2010)05-1013-06InfluenceofEiseniafoetidaonbiomassandureaseactivityinverticalconstructedwetlandWangGuofang1WuLei1XuXueling1JinQiu1LiXianning1,2(1SchoolofEnergyandEnvironment,SoutheastUniversity,Nanjing210096,China)(2KeyLaboratoryofEnvironmentalMedicineandEngineeringofMinistryofEducation,SoutheastUniversity,Nanjing210096,China)Abstract:AverticalflowconstructedwetlandwasbuiltbyaddingEiseniafoetida.Thetotalbacteri-alcountinthesurfaceandbottomlayer,ureaseactivity,aswellasthenumbersofammonification,nitrificationanddenitrificationbacteriaintheEiseniafoetidaconstructedwetlandandthecontrolcon-structedwetlandwerecompared.AlsotheeffectofaddingEiseniafoetidaonbiomassandureaseac-tivityineachlayeroftheverticalflowconstructedwetlandwereanalyzed.TheresultsshowthataddingEiseniafoetidaremarkablypromotesthegrowthofmicroorganismsandimprovestheureaseactivity.Inthesurfacelayer(0~20cm)wheretheEiseniafoetidamainlyfunctions,thetotalbac-terialcount,theammonificationandnitrificationbacteriacountintheEiseniafoetidaconstructedwetlandare0.86×109to3.78×109cells/g,1.01×107to5.75×107MPN/gand1.88×108to6.08×108cells/g,respectively,whicharesignificantlyhigherthaninthecontrolconstructedwet-lands.Meanwhile,theureaseactivityinthesurfacelayeroftheEiseniafoetidaconstructedwetlandisalsoimprovedremarkably,andthetransformationandremovalratesoforganicpollutantsandni-trogenarealsoenhancedbyaddingEisenia
