西安建筑科技大学硕i毕业论文TheeffectofcarbonsourceORbiologicaldephosphatationanddenitrifyingphosphorusremovalSpecialty:EnvironmentengineeringM.E.Candidate:ZhangLi—qingSupervisor:WangZhi*ying,ProfABSTRACTTraditionally,acetatewasconsideredasagoodcorbonsourceforenhancedbiolor西calphosphorusremoval(EBPR).However,itWasreportedthattheEBPRcouldbebrokendownbytheadditionofacetate—sodiumorglucoseascarbonSOurce.Inthispaper,PAOs(phosphorusaccumulatingorganisms)andDNPAOs(denitrifyingphosphorusaccumulatingorganisms)werecultivatedundertwodifferentoperationswithacetate—SOdimnandglucoseascarbonsource,theeffectofcarbonsource:acetate.sodiam,butyricacid,glucoseandmethanolas4kindsofcarbonsourcewasstudied,andcarbonconcentrationonthebiologicaldephosphatationanddenimlyingphosphorusremovalwerealsofocusedonatthesametime.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthat:(1)Thesystemrunstably埘thhighefficiencyofphosphorusremovalinbothDNPAprocessandEBPRprocess.Underthesamecondition,bycalculatingthephosphorusuptakemteofanoxicoraerobic,thepercentsofDNPAOsbeforecultivatedwere22.25%、18.08%,aftercultivation,theratiocouldrespectivelyreachedto78.61%、51.25%:Therecontainspreparationrelationshipbetweenthenitritedosageandphosphatecontents,theresultwas1.2166mgN/1.onl驴and1.0892mgN/1.0meyw№acetatesodiumandglucoseassubstrates;(2)SBRWasoperatedinthepattemofA/OandA/AwithAcetatesodiumandglucoseascarbonSOurce.ThedegressiveorderbythemaximumquantityandtherateofphosphorusreleaseWas:acetate—sodium,butyricacid,glucoseandmethan01.Acetatesodiurnwasthemostfavouritesubstratewithmaximumquantityofphosphorusreleaseinanaerobiccondition.Thedegressiveorderbythephosphorusuptakeratewas:butyricacid,acetate—sodium.glucoseandmethan01.Thesamecarbonmetabolismhasbeenobservedunderanoxicconditionsandaerobicconditions.Italsodemons仃atedthatbutyricacidasasubstratecallachievegoodEBPRperformance;(3)Thehigherthec/p,themorethequantityofPrelease,buttheratewasdecreasedwhenC,PWasbeyond40.WhenusedacetatesodiumascarbonSOlffce.theCUlWeofP西安建筑科技大学硕J_=靼fk论文releasewasneartObelinearatf
