第57卷第4期化工学报Vol.57No.42006年4月JournalofChemicalIndustryandEngineering(China)April2006研究论文胶原纤维固化铁(Ⅲ)吸附材料的制备及其吸附细菌陆爱霞1,焦丽敏1,廖学品1,姚开2,周荣清1,石碧1(1四川大学皮革化学与工程教育部重点实验室,2四川大学轻纺与食品学院,四川成都610065)摘要:将三价铁固化在胶原纤维上制备吸附材料,并对其吸附细菌的特性进行了研究.结果表明,铁(Ⅲ)是以化学键与胶原纤维结合,不会被水浸出;该吸附材料对细菌具有很强的吸附能力,当大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌菌体浓度分别为1.02×107cfuml-1和9.80×106cfuml-1时,30℃条件下吸附1h后胶原纤维对它们的吸附容量分别达到2.04×109cfug-1和3.15×109cfug-1,其吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程.菌龄对吸附平衡的影响较大,而温度及pH的影响不大.进一步研究表明,胶原纤维固化铁对细菌的吸附动力学可以用拟二级速率方程来描述,由该方程计算得到的平衡吸附量与实测值非常吻合,误差在2%以内;此外,其吸附速度非常快,吸附有可能是在材料的表面进行.关键词:胶原纤维;铁(Ⅲ);固化;吸附;大肠杆菌;金黄色葡萄球菌中图分类号:X17文献标识码:A文章编号:0438-1157(2006)04-0886-06Ferric(Ⅲ)immoblizedcollagenfiberanditsadsorptionforbacteriaLUAixia1,JIAOLimin1,LIAOXuepin1,YAOKai2,ZHOURongqing1,SHIBi1(1KeyLaboratoryofLeatherChemistryandEngineeringofMinistryofEducation,SichuanUniversity,Chengdu610065,Sichuan,China;2CollegeofLightIndustry,Texitile&Food,SichuanUniversity,Chengdu610065,Sichuan,China)Abstract:Anoveladsorbent,ferric(Ⅲ)immobilizedcollagenfiber,wasprepared,anditsadsorptionbehaviortobacteriawasstudied.Ferricwasuniformlydispersedincollagenfibermainlythroughchemicalconnectionandcouldwithstandtheextractionofwater.Itwasfoundthattheferric(Ⅲ)immobilizedcollagenfiberexhibitedhighadsorptioncapacitytobacteria.TheadsorptioncapacitytoE.coliandS.aureuswere2.04×109cfug-1and3.15×109cfug-1at30℃whentheadsorptionexperimentswerecarriedoutfor1handtheirinitialconcentrationwere1.02×107cfuml-1and9.8×106cfuml-1respectively.TheadsorptionisothermscouldbedescribedbytheFreundlichequation.Theadsorptioncapacitywasinfluencedbycultureageofthebacteria,butnoconsiderablechangewasobservedatvaryingtemperatureandpH.Furtheranalysisindicatedthattheadsorptionkineticsdatacouldbewellfittedbythepseudo-second-orderratemodel,andadsorptioncapacitiescalculatedbythemodelwereconsistentwiththeactualmeasurementswitherror≤2%.Inaddition,thequitefastadsorptionrateofbacteriaonferric(Ⅲ)immobilizedcollagenfiberwasprobablyduetothefactthattheadsorptionprocesstookplaceatthesurfaceofadsorbent.Keywords:collagenfi
