工业用水与废水INDUSTRIALWATER＆WASTEWATERVol．42No．5Oct.，2011大孔树脂吸附法处理含硝基苯类工业废水试验研究李树鹏，方虎，李雪松，胥维昌，闫海生（沈阳化工研究院设计工程有限公司，沈阳110021）沈阳科创化学品有限公司是一家以生产农药等精细化工产品为主的化工企业，企业生产过程中产生大量高浓度有机废水，其中农药甲基磺草酮生产过程中产生含硝基苯类化合物的废水。硝基苯类物质具有高毒性［1－3］，且有“三致”作用，在废水排放标准中有严格的限制。且由于硝基苯类物质具有微摘要：为获得大孔树脂吸附硝基苯类化合物的具体参数和脱附条件，以及硝基苯类化合物的回收率，通过大孔树脂吸附处理含硝基苯类工业废水的试验研究，以及对脱附液的后处理研究，结果表明：XSA－6大孔树脂处理含硝基苯类工业废水的最佳工艺条件：吸附温度为20℃，流速为3．0BV／h，pH值为1，废水处理量为28BV。脱附温度为40～50℃，流速为1．0BV／h，脱附剂为4％的氢氧化钠和工业甲醇的复合脱附剂（二者的体积比为1∶4），用量为3BV；碱洗脱附液中硝基苯类化合物的回收率为80．25％。醇洗前两个级分（1．2BV）中硝基苯类化合物的回收率为87．57％，甲醇套用到下一批次；后两个级分中硝基苯类化合物的浓度较低，用于配制下一批次的脱附剂。树脂吸附和脱附的效果稳定，性能可靠，可重复性好，具有工业化应用前景。关键词：大孔树脂；吸附；脱附；硝基苯类化合物中图分类号：X703.1文献标识码：A文章编号：%1009－2455（2011）05－0032－06TreatmentofindustrialwastewatercontainingnitrobenzenecompoundsbymacroporousresinadsorptionLIShu-peng，FANGHu，LIXue-song，XUWei-chang，YANHai-sheng（ShenyangResearchInstituteofChemicalIndustryDesignandEngineeringCo.,Ltd.,Shenyang110021,China）Abstract：Inordertogettheparametersanddesorptionconditionsformacroporousresinadsorbingnitrobenzenecompounds,andfindtherecoveryrateofthesaidcompounds,atestofnitrobenzenecompounds-containingindustrialwastewatertreatmentbymacroporousresinwascarriedoutwiththesubsequenttreatmentofthedesorptionsolutionstudiedatthesametime.Theresultsshowedthat:theoptimalconditionforthetreatmentofindustrialwastewatercontainingnitrobenzenecompoundsbymacroporousresinXSA-6was:theadsorptiontemperaturewas20℃,theflowvelocitywas3.0BV／h,thepHvaluewas1,andtheamountofwastewaterwas28BV.Whenthedesorptiontemperaturewas40-50℃,theflowvelocitywas1.0BV／h,thedesorptionreagentwas4%sodiumhydroxidemixedwithindustrialmethanol(volumeratiooftheabovetworeagentswas1∶4),thedosageofthecompoundswas3BV,therecoveryrateofnitrobenzenecompoundsinthealkaliwashingdesorptionsolutionwas80.25%atthestageofsodiumhydroxidewashing;andtherecoveryratereached87.57%atthefirsttwostagesbeforethemethanolwashing(1.2BV)andthemethanolwouldbeappliedinthenextbatch;thedesorptionsolutionattheresttwostageshadalowernitrobenzenecompoundsconcentration,whic
