中国环境科学2017,37(1):302~309ChinaEnvironmentalScience太湖西岸沉积物中两种致嗅物质的分布特征刘宪圣,许晓光,黄鹤勇,赵艳萍,陈翀,赵月,王国祥*(南京师范大学环境学院,江苏省地理信息资源开发与利用协同创新中心,江苏省环境演变与生态建设重点实验室,江苏南京210023)摘要:针对夏季太湖西岸近岸带沉积物中典型颗粒态致嗅物质:β-环柠檬醛、β-紫罗兰酮,进行研究分析.利用顶空固相微萃取的方法富集以及气质联用技术检测出太湖毛渎港近岸带沉积物中两种颗粒态致嗅物质.结果表明,其在沉积物表层含量最高,其中β-环柠檬醛含量达797.88ng/(g⋅dw),β-紫罗兰酮含量达1669.37ng/(g⋅dw),远远高出嗅阈值.空间分布上:在近岸带,表层沉积物(0~4cm)自然芦苇带内2种颗粒态致嗅物质的含量高于人工挖掘的漕沟内;近岸带嗅味物质明显高于湖区内.研究认为,藻类大量聚集死亡沉积至湖泊底部,降低沉积物的Eh,促进了致嗅物质的产生,为湖泛的暴发留下隐患.建议近岸带蓝藻聚集区适时打捞,底泥疏浚等生态治理措施,降低湖泛风险.关键词:顶空固相微萃取;气质联用;沉积物;β-环柠檬醛;β-紫罗兰酮中图分类号:X131.2文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-6923(2017)01-0302-08AnalysisoftwoodorouscompoundsinsedimentinwestnearshorezoneofTaihu.LIUXian-sheng,XUXiao-guang,HUANGHe-yong,ZHAOYan-ping,CHENChong,ZHAOYue,WANGGuo-xiang*(JiangsuKeyLabofEnvironmentalChange&EcologicalConstruction,JiangsuCenterforCollaborativeInnovationinGeographicalInformationResourceDevelopmentandApplication,SchoolofEnvironment,NanjingNormalUniversity,Nanjing210023,China).ChinaEnvironmentalScience,2017,37(1):302~309Abstract:Inthisstudy,twotypicalparticulatetasteandodorcompoundsofβ-Cyclocitralandβ-IononeinthesedimentsofthewestlittoralzoneofLakeTaihuwereinvestigated,byapplyingtheheadspacesolidphasemicroextractionmethodandthepreconcentrationandtemperamentcombinedtechnology.Theresultsdisplayedthatthehighestcontentsoftheβ-Cyclocitralandβ-IononeinthesurfacesedimentsaroundtheMaoduRiverwasdetectedtobe797.88ng/(g⋅dw)and1669.37ng/(g⋅dw),respectively,whichwasfarhigherthanthatofolfactorythreshold.Inthespatialdistribution,thecontentofthetasteandodorcompoundswashigherinnaturalreedzonethanthatoftheartificialreedditchinthesurfacesediment(<4cm),andsimilarly,itwashigherinthenearshorethanthatofintheopenarea.Whenthehigh-densitycyanobacteriagathered,diedanddepositedtothebottomofthelake,thesedimentEhwasreduced,whichpromotedtheproduceoftasteandodorcompoundsandtheformationofblack-bloom.Therefore,weproposetoimmediatelyremovethecyanobacteriaanddredgethesedimentsinthelittoralzoneofLakeTaihu.Keyword:HS-SPME;GC/MS;sediment;β-cyclocitral;β-io
