第33卷第8期2017年4月中国给水排水CHINAWATER＆WASTEWATERVo1．33No．8Apr．2017广东省某水厂污泥处理系统设计高伟楠，纪海霞(1．北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司公司，山东，王洪刚，吴迪，北京100082；2．青岛思普润水处理股份有限青岛266555)摘要：广东省某新建70×10m／d给水厂，泥线一期和二期合建，总污泥处理规模为18．44tDS／d，污泥经过调节、浓缩、脱水处理后外运，泥线包括调节、浓缩、平衡、脱水及回用水等五大系统。排泥池具有一定的预浓缩作用，降低排泥池内污泥含水率，减小湿污泥的体积，降低后续构筑物规模，其投资及日后运行费用均有所减少；浓缩系统采用辐流式重力浓缩池，具有能耗低、运行维护方便等特点，且处理效果稳定，尤其在水库水浊度较高时，能够储存过多的污泥，对系统具有较好的缓冲调节能力；平衡池兼作调质池，减少占地及工程投资，运行管理方便；脱水系统采用离心脱水机，具有投资较低、占地面积小、辅助设备较少、运行管理简单等优势；同时，水厂增设回用水系统，回用水量占厂区总用水量的6％～7％，有效降低了水厂自用水量，节约用水。关键词：给水厂污泥；重力浓缩；离心脱水·9平衡系统；回用水系统中图分类号：TU991文献标识码：C文章编号：1000—4602(2017)08—0073一O5DesignofSludgeTreatmentSystemforaWaterworksinGuangdongProvinceGAOWei—nan，JIHai—xia，WANGHong．gang，WUDi(1．BengGeneralMunicipalEngineeringDesign&ResearchInstit~eCo．，Beng100082，China；2．QingdaoSPRINGWater—treatmentCo．Ltd．，Qingdao266555，China)Abstract：Awaterworkswithtreatmentcapacityof70×10m／dwasconstructedinGuangdongProvince．Thetotalsludgetreatmentcapacityofthewaterworkswas18．44tDS／dwhichwasthesumofthefirstandthesecondphaseofthesludgetreatmentproject．Thesludgewastreatedviaconditioning，thickening，anddewateringinfivetreatmentstagesofconditioning，thickening，equilibration，dewateringandcentfifugaterecycling．Thesludgestoragepondhasbeneficialefectsofsludgepre—concentration，wetsludgevolumereduction，leadingtoensuingreducedconstructioninvestmentandoperationcost．Thesludgethickeningtankwasradialgravitytypewhichhadthecharacteristicsoflowenergyconsumption，stableperformance，easyoperationandmaintenance．Especiallywhentheturbidityofthereservoir／rawwaterwashigh，theradialgravitytankstylewasbenefittoexcesssludgestorageandtofluctuationbufferadjustment．Equilibriumpoolwasusedandservedasconditioningtankaswell，whichcouldreducetheprojectrequiredareaandinvestment．Itcouldeasilybeoperatedandmanaged．Centrifugaldewatefingmachinewasadoptedinthedewateringstage，whichhastheadvantagesoflowinvestment，smallareare-quirement，lessauxiliaryequipmentandsimpleoperationandmanagement．Meanwhile，therecyclewatersystemwasadoptedtothewaterworks．thereusewaterflowo
