第33卷第8期2017年4月中国给水排水CHINAWATER&WASTEWATERVo1.33No.8Apr.2017广东省某水厂污泥处理系统设计高伟楠,纪海霞(1.北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司公司,山东,王洪刚,吴迪,北京100082;2.青岛思普润水处理股份有限青岛266555)摘要:广东省某新建70×10m/d给水厂,泥线一期和二期合建,总污泥处理规模为18.44tDS/d,污泥经过调节、浓缩、脱水处理后外运,泥线包括调节、浓缩、平衡、脱水及回用水等五大系统。排泥池具有一定的预浓缩作用,降低排泥池内污泥含水率,减小湿污泥的体积,降低后续构筑物规模,其投资及日后运行费用均有所减少;浓缩系统采用辐流式重力浓缩池,具有能耗低、运行维护方便等特点,且处理效果稳定,尤其在水库水浊度较高时,能够储存过多的污泥,对系统具有较好的缓冲调节能力;平衡池兼作调质池,减少占地及工程投资,运行管理方便;脱水系统采用离心脱水机,具有投资较低、占地面积小、辅助设备较少、运行管理简单等优势;同时,水厂增设回用水系统,回用水量占厂区总用水量的6%~7%,有效降低了水厂自用水量,节约用水。关键词:给水厂污泥;重力浓缩;离心脱水·9平衡系统;回用水系统中图分类号:TU991文献标识码:C文章编号:1000—4602(2017)08—0073一O5DesignofSludgeTreatmentSystemforaWaterworksinGuangdongProvinceGAOWei—nan,JIHai—xia,WANGHong.gang,WUDi(1.BengGeneralMunicipalEngineeringDesign&ResearchInstit~eCo.,Beng100082,China;2.QingdaoSPRINGWater—treatmentCo.Ltd.,Qingdao266555,China)Abstract:Awaterworkswithtreatmentcapacityof70×10m/dwasconstructedinGuangdongProvince.Thetotalsludgetreatmentcapacityofthewaterworkswas18.44tDS/dwhichwasthesumofthefirstandthesecondphaseofthesludgetreatmentproject.Thesludgewastreatedviaconditioning,thickening,anddewateringinfivetreatmentstagesofconditioning,thickening,equilibration,dewateringandcentfifugaterecycling.Thesludgestoragepondhasbeneficialefectsofsludgepre—concentration,wetsludgevolumereduction,leadingtoensuingreducedconstructioninvestmentandoperationcost.Thesludgethickeningtankwasradialgravitytypewhichhadthecharacteristicsoflowenergyconsumption,stableperformance,easyoperationandmaintenance.Especiallywhentheturbidityofthereservoir/rawwaterwashigh,theradialgravitytankstylewasbenefittoexcesssludgestorageandtofluctuationbufferadjustment.Equilibriumpoolwasusedandservedasconditioningtankaswell,whichcouldreducetheprojectrequiredareaandinvestment.Itcouldeasilybeoperatedandmanaged.Centrifugaldewatefingmachinewasadoptedinthedewateringstage,whichhastheadvantagesoflowinvestment,smallareare-quirement,lessauxiliaryequipmentandsimpleoperationandmanagement.Meanwhile,therecyclewatersystemwasadoptedtothewaterworks.thereusewaterflowo
