128中国农村水利水电·2016年第6期文章编号:1007—2284(2016)060128—05次氯酸钙变量投加装置在村镇供水中韵应用贾燕南,鄢元波,丁昆仑,孙文海(1.中国水利水电科学研究院水利研究所,北京100048;2.国家节水灌溉工程技术研究中心(北京),北京100048)摘要:介绍了针对传统次氯酸钙投加设备不易调整投加量问题而研发的自动变量投加装置在西南地区某村镇供水工程进行现场应用的相关情况。监测结果表明:该装置能够实现次氯酸钙溶液的定比投加,保证清水池进水中余氯值的波动范围在±2O以内,且该值与次氯酸钙溶液的投加量呈线性正相关关系。连续监测32h结果表明,该装置投加稳定性好,出厂水和管网末梢中余氯值较稳定,且余氯与微生物指标均达标;但投加量过大时,可能会出现副产物三卤甲烷超标。该装置在村镇供水工程中具有推广价值,应用中注意将投加量控制在合理范围内,全面保障饮水安全。关键词:次氯酸钙;自动变量投加;村镇供水;余氯中图分类号:$27;TV211.12;X523文献标识码:ATheApplicationofCalciumHypochloriteAutomaticVariableDosingDeviceinRuralWaterSupplyProjectJIAYan-nan~,YANYuan-bo”,DINGKun-lun一,SUNWen-hai·。(1.DepartmentofIrrigationandDrainage,ChinaInstituteofWaterConservancyandHydropower,Beijing100048,China;2.NationalCenterforEfficientIrrigationEngineeringandTechnologyResearch(Being),Beijing100048,China)Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofdosageadjustingoftraditionalcalciumhypochloritedosingdevice,automaticvariabledo—singdeviceisdevelopedwhichisappliedinaruralwatersupplyprojectsinsouthwestChina.Therunningconditionsaremonitored,andtheapplicationresultsareintroducedinthispaper.Monitoringresultsshowthat,thedevicecanachieveafixedratioofcalciumhypochloritesolutiondosingtoensurethatthefluctuationrangeofresidualchlorinevalueiswithin±2Ointheinfluentofthecleanwaterreservoir.Besides,itispositivelinearcorrelatedwiththedosageofcalciumhypochloritesolution.Thedeviceshowsgooddosagestabilityin32hcontinuousmonitoringprocess.Theresidualchlorinevalueisverystableinthefinishedwaterandtapwater,bothofwhichreachthestandard.However,THMsmayexceedthestandardwhenthecalciumhypochloritesolutiondosageamountistoolarge.Thedevicehasbrightprospectsofapplicationinruralwatersupplyprojects.Itisadvisedthat,thedosageshouldbeinproperrangetoachievecomprehensivewatersafety.Keywords:calciumhypochlorite;automaticvariabledosing;ruralwatersupply;residualchlorine次氯酸钙性质较稳定,不易潮解,是当前国际上通用的水体消毒剂。r。由于具有运输、储存、操作方便,持续消毒效果好、检测方便等优点,适宜村镇供水工程采用。但与液氯消毒相同,次氯酸钙消毒会产生三卤甲烷(THMs)和卤乙酸(HAAs)等消毒副产物,且消毒副产物的生成量随消毒剂投加收稿日期:2015—08—18基金项目:科技支撑课题“村镇饮用水安全消毒与水质检测技术研究”
