AbstractThecoastalwetlandisthespecialecosystemwhichformedundertheinteractionbetweentheseaandthelandinthecoastalzonescope，isoneofthewetlandecosystemwhichmostbeingabundantofbio—diversity,highofproductiveforcesandvaluableinthenature．Itplayedaninfluentialroleinprotectingthebio—diversity,storingwatertodefendtheflood，purifyinglandsourcepollutionenteringthesea,complementinggroundwater,regulatingtheweatheraspectsetc，simultaneouslyitsnaturalresourcewasalsothepremisewhichcausestheseafishery,saltindustryandsaltychemicalindustryobtainsthesustainabledevelopment。Thereforeithasimportantinfluenceontheeconomydevelopmentandthelivingenvironmentofaregion，thenationandeventheglobe，andhavebecomethehotspotregionofintemationalsocietynowadays．Undertheinteractionbetweenseaandland，thecoastalareaofHebeiProvincegrewwetlandwithabundantresourceandvarioustypes．However，underpeople’Slong-termandhigh-strengthexploitation’Sinfluence，theareaofnaturalwetlandhasagreatdealofdecrease，whichisreplacedbyman-madewetland．Thecoastalwetlandecosystemreceivestheellol'mousdisturbance，isfacingseriousproblemsuchasthenaturalwetlandtowither，theecologicalenvironmentworsening．ThispapertakethemostrepresentativewetlandasobjectofstudywhichincludesQilihailagoonwetland，LuanrivermouthwetlandandNandagangwetland．Itchoosedmanyissueoftopographicdiagramsandthesatelliteremotesensingimagesfrom1956to2005，andappliedRSandGIStechnologiestotheinterpretationanalysisofthesuccessionalvariationprocessoftheHebeitypicalcoastalwetland．Thenitanalyzedecologicalenvironmenteffectandinfluencingfactorofcoastalwetlandevolutionindetail．Onthebasisofit，itvaluedthedegreeofactionofthefactorsaffectingandthecoastalwetland’Sdegreeofdegeneration,usingthesynthesismatrixanalyticmethodandjammingintensitymodeljudgmentmethodbasedonthelandscapeecology．Withthat，wediscussedtherestorationofgovemanceandthereasonableusecountermeasuresoftypicalcoastalwetland．Theresultsshowedthat，(1)Bytheartificialdevelopmentoperationinfluence，theHebeitypicalcoastalwetlandisbeenremarkabledaya
