-施用城市污泥堆肥对土壤和大豆器官重金属积累的影响

摘要：重金属在土壤中易积累造成污染，因此污泥中重金属含量成为其农用的限制因素，重金属在作物中的富集问题也备受关注。以东北黑土为供试土壤，大豆为供试作物，采用随机区组设计，通过施入不同水平的城市污泥堆肥的农田小区试验，研究污泥堆肥对土壤和大豆不同器官的重金属积累的影响，为污泥堆肥农用的安全性提供科学依据。试验结果表明，随着污泥堆肥施入量的增加，土壤中重金属Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb含量及大豆不同器官中Cu、Zn、Cd的含量均逐渐增加，但在大豆各器官中均未检出Pb。Cu、Zn在大豆各器官的含量和富集系数大小顺序均为籽粒>根>豆荚>茎，而Cd为茎>根>豆荚>籽粒。在本试验污泥堆肥施入量的范围内，土壤和大豆籽粒中重金属Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb含量均未超过国家相关标准。从富集系数看，除污泥堆肥施入量超过12t·hm-2时大豆茎对Cd有富集作用外，其他均未达到富集程度；各处理的大豆干物重和产量的总体规律是污泥堆肥施用量24t·hm-2>施用量18t·hm-2>施用量30t·hm-2>施用量12t·hm-2>施用量6t·hm-2>CK，其中污泥堆肥施用量为24t·hm-2增产效果最好，增产率为12.65%。关键词：污泥堆肥；重金属；土壤；大豆；积累中图分类号：X703文献标志码：A文章编号：1672-2043（2014）02-0352-06doi:10.11654/jaes.2014.02.021施用城市污泥堆肥对土壤和大豆器官重金属积累的影响李淑芹，田仲鹤，金宏鑫，于淼，许景钢*（东北农业大学资源与环境学院，哈尔滨150030）EffectsofMunicipalSludgeCompostsonHeavyMetalAccumulationinSoilandSoybeanLIShu-qin,TIANZhong-he,JINHong-xin,YUMiao,XUJing-gang*（CollegeofResourcesandEnvironmentalSciences,NortheastAgriculturalUniversity,Harbin150030,China）Abstract：Accumulationofheavymetalsinsoilsisafactorlimitingtheapplicationofmunicipalsludgecompostsinagriculture.Aplotex－perimentwasperformedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofmunicipalsewagesludgecompostsonheavymetalaccumulationinsoilandsoybeanplantsinblacksoilintheNortheastChina.ConcentrationsofCu,Zn,CdandPbinsoilandofCu,Zn,andCdinsoybeanplantsincreasedgraduallywithincreasingapplicationsofsludgecomposts,whilePbwasnotdetectedinsoybean.ThecontentsandenrichmentcoefficientsofCuandZninsoybeanwereinorderofgrain>root>pod>stem,whilethoseofCdwerestem>root>pod>grain.Atthepresentapplicationratesofsludgecomposts,thecontentsofCu,Zn,Cd,andPbinsoilandsoybeandidnotexceedthenationalstandards.However,applyingthecompostmorethan12t·hm-2causedCdenrichmentinthestem,althoughtheenhancementsofothermetalswerenotobvious.Thecompostapplicationincreaseddrybiomassandyieldofsoybean,with12.65%increaseinyieldinthetreatmentD（24t·hm-2）.Thefindingssuggestthatitisnecessarytoassesstheimpactsofmunicipalsludgecompostsonsoilandplantsbeforeapplyingtosoils.Keywords：sewagesludgecompost;heavymetal;soil;soybean;accumulation收稿日期：2013－07－01基金项目：哈尔滨市科技攻关计
