纳米聚苯胺改性聚哌嗪酰胺纳滤膜的制备

2015年1月CIESCJournalJanuary2015第66卷第1期化工学报Vol.66No.1纳米聚苯胺改性聚哌嗪酰胺纳滤膜的制备李洪懿,翟丁,周勇,高从堦(杭州水处理技术研究开发中心有限公司,浙江杭州310012)摘要:以导电态纳米聚苯胺(PANI)为添加剂,哌嗪和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为反应单体,通过界面聚合反应在聚砜超滤膜上形成复合层制备纳滤膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等对复合膜的性能和结构分别进行了测试和表征。SEM照片证实PANI含量低时,可以在复合膜上分布得比较均匀;AFM图像看出膜表面粗糙度的增加;膜性能的测试结果证实了添加PANI的复合膜水通量得到了提高,同时脱盐率也有变化。最优实验条件下,膜对Na2SO4、MgSO4、MgCl2和NaCl的截留率分别为99.4%、98.5%、85.4%和59.2%。试验结果表明,加入PANI能够提高膜的水通量,并提升了膜的脱盐性能。关键词:聚苯胺;哌嗪;纳滤膜;界面聚合;粗糙度DOI:10.11949/j.issn.0438-1157.20140919中图分类号:TQ028.8文献标志码:A文章编号:0438—1157(2015)01—0142—07PolyamidecompositeNFmembranemodifiedwithpolyanilinenanoparticlesLIHongyi,ZHAIDing,ZHOUYong,GAOCongjie(DevelopmentCenterofHangzhouWaterTreatmentTechnology,Hangzhou310012,Zhejiang,China)Abstract:Acompositenanofiltration(NF)membranewaspreparedusingpolyanilinenanoparticles(PANI)asadditivebyinterfacialpolymerizationbetweenpiperazineandtrimesoylchloride(TMC)onthePSFultrafiltrationmembrane.Thepropertiesandstructureofthemembranewerecharacterizedwithpermeationexperiment,scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andatomicforcemicroscope(AFM).SEMimagesshowedthatPANIwaswelldispersedinthethinfilmlayeratalowcontentofPANI.AFMphotographsshowedthesurfaceofthemembranewasrougherthanbefore.NFperformanceresultsverifiedthatthefluxofthecompositemembranewasfrom45to70L·m-2·h-1,whereasseparationperformancewasimproved.Underoptimizedconditions,thepreparedmodifiedcompositeNFmembraneshowedthatitsretentionsofNa2SO4,MgSO4,MgCl2andNaClwere99.4%,98.5%,85.4%and59.2%,respectively.WaterpermeationandseparationperformanceofthisNFmembranewereimprovedafteradditionofPANIintocompositemembrane.Keywords:polyaniline;piperazine;NFmembrane;interfacialpolymerization;roughness引言聚哌嗪酰胺纳滤膜是现在应用较为广泛的复合纳滤膜,它具有通量高、截留好、操作压力低等优点[1]。现在无机纳米材料加入制备的纳米复合膜是研究的热点,有机纳米材料加入制备复合纳滤膜的研究甚少。有机纳米材料具有较多的官能团,可以更好地选择与聚合物基体结合去制备复合纳滤2014-06-18收到初稿,2014-08-26收到修改稿。联系人:周勇。第一作者:李洪懿(1988—),男,硕士研究生。基金项目:国家高技术研究发展计划项目(2012AA03A608)。Receiveddate:2014-06-18.Correspondingauthor:ZHOUYong,zhouyong771014@163.comFoundationitem:supportedbytheNationalH
