热水循环加热厌氧反应器的稳态数值模拟分析

2016年2月农业机械学报第47卷第2期doi：10．6041／j．issn．1000—1298．2016．02．001流体机械旋转湍流计，rfl】JI，ILl算模型研究进展王福军(中国农业大学北京市供水管网系统安全与节能工程技术研究中心，北京100083)摘要：旋转湍流是泵、水轮机、风力机和压缩机等流体机械中的典型流动现象，其三维随机脉动特性很强，具有逆压梯度高、流线曲率大、壁面影响突出等特点。目前存在多种湍流模型，但都有各自的适用范围，尚不存在一个通用的湍流模型。现有湍流模型在物理和数值方面的预测性能还未达到流体机械实际需求。针对强旋转和大曲率流动，本文阐述了湍流模型的发展。从湍流核心区的高雷诺数流动、近壁区低雷诺数流动和层流到湍流的转捩流动等不同方面，分析了现有湍流模型在流体机械中的适用性。指出了典型湍流模型在求解旋转湍流时存在的问题，探索了针对不同求解目标引用不同湍流模型的有效途径和方法，对湍流模型的发展趋势及湍流模型在流体机械中的应用进行了展望。关键词：流体机械；旋转湍流；湍流模型中图分类号：TK72；0357．5文献标识码：A文章编号：1000．1298(2016)02—0001．14ResearchProgressofComputationalModelforRotatingTurbulentFlowinFluidMachineryWangFujun(BeijingEngineeringResearchCenterofSafetyandEnergySavingTechnologyforWaterSupplyNetworkSystem．ChinaAgriculturalUniversity，Beng100083，China)Abstract：Rotatingturbulentflowsarewidelyexistedinpumps，turbines，compressorsandotherfluidmachinery．Thethree—dimensionalstochasticfluctuationsareverystronginthiskindofflow．Thehighadversepressuregradient，largestreamlinecurvatureandcomplexwallsurfaceinrotatingturbulentflowhavesignificanteffectsontheperformanceoffluidmachinery．Althoughalotofturbulencemodelshavebeendeveloped，thereisnouniversalturbulencemodelthatcouldbeusedtosimulaterotatingturbulentflowinfluidmachinery．Eachturbulencemodelhasitsownapplicablescope．Thepredictionperformanceoftheexistingturbulencemodelseitherinphysicalornumericalaspectshasnotyetmettheactualneedoffluidmachinery．Aimingatstrongrotatingandlargecurvatureturbulentflow，theturbulencemodelswerereviewed．FromthreeaspectsofthehighReynoldsnumberflowinturbulentcorearea，thelowReynoldsnumberflownearwallandthetransitionflowfromlaminartoturbulentareas，theapplicabilityofexistingturbulencemodelsforfluidmachinerywasanalyzed．Theproblemsoftwoseriesturbulencemodels，includingReynolds—averagedNavier——Stokesmodelsandscale—resolvingsimulationmodelsusedinsolvingrotatingturbulentflowwerecompared．ThetypicalReynolds-averagedNavier—StokesmodelsintroducedincludedSpalart—A11maras，一，k一，V2FandRSMmodels．Thetypicalscale—resolvingsimulationmodelsincludedLES，SAS，DESan
