广西科学院学报JournalofGuangxiAcademyofSciences2008,24(2):117~119Vo1.24,No.2May2008屠宰废水预处理后的SBR工艺处理工程TheSBRProcessTreatmentStationafterSlaughteringWastewaterPretreatment赵永生,冼萍ZHAOYong—sheng,XIANPing(1.南宁六和环保有限责任公司,广西南宁530022;2.广西大学化学化工学院环境工程系,广西南宁530004)(1.NanningLiuheEnvironmentalProtectionCo.,Ltd,Nanning,Guangxi,530022,China;2.CollegeofChemistryandChemicalEngineering,GuangxiUniversity,Naning,Guangxi,530004,China)摘要:于2006年7~10月,在广西贵港南山食品有限公司设计屠宰废水预处理后的SBR工艺处理工程。处理工程用三道隔网和隔油沉渣池预先去除毛皮等固体杂物以及油脂等细小悬浮物,然后经调节池进入SBR工艺处理废水。预处理能够容易地去除废水中的油脂,COD、BOD、SS的最高去除率达47.0,48.3,62.0。工程处理废水的最佳曝气时间7h,COD、BOD、NH。一N去除率分别是95.3,97.5,97.3,出水水质达到国家一级排放标准。工程处理屠宰废水的工艺流程简单,操作运行稳定、投资少,对水量和水质的变化有较强的抗冲击能力,特别适宜废水排放量在500m。/d以下的小型屠宰厂推广应用。关键词:屠宰废水处理SBR中图法分类号:X792文献标识码:A文章编号:1002—7378(2008)02—0117一O3Abstract:FromJulytoOctober2006,theSBRprocesstreatmentstationafterSlaughteringwastewaterpretreatmenthavebeendesignedinGuangxiGuigangNanshanFoodCo.,Ltd.First,treatmentstationemployedthreegridsandgreasetrapssedimentpooltoadvancelyremovedebris,furandothersolidfatssuchassmal1suspendedsolidsofSlaughteringwastewater.Then,SlaughteringWastewaterwil1flowintoadjustmentpoo1andSERwastewatertreatment.Pretreatmentcaneasilyremovethegreaseinwastewater.Thehighestremova1rateofCOD。BOD5andSSreached47.0,48.3,62.0,respectively.ThebestaerationtimeofWastewatertreatmentstationiS7hours,whichtheremova1ratesofC0D,B0D,NH一Nwere95.3and97.5,97.3,respectively.AfterSBRprocesstreatment,thewaterlevel1ndicatorsmeetthestateemissionstandards.TheadvantagesofslaughteringprocessofwastewatertreatmentstationiSsimple,stableoperationand1OWinvestment.Theslaughteringprocessstronglyresistanttothequantityandqualitychangesofwater,whichiSparticularlysuitableforsmallslaughteringplantwithlessthan500m/dwasteWateremissions.Keywords:abattoirwastewater,treatment,sequencingbatchreactorprocess屠宰废水主要来自生猪的屠宰和加工环节,水量大、颜色深、含有大量的血液、油脂、碎肉、粪便和猪毛,并带有难闻的臭味以及大量的细菌、大肠杆菌等污染物。广西贵港南山食品有限公司日宰生猪大约300头,屠宰废水日排放约150t。这些废水如不经处理而直接排入水体,将会给水资源带来很大的危收稿日期:2008—03—25修回日期:2008—04—27作者简介:赵永生(1980一),男,
