第31卷第6期2018年12月污染防治技术POLLUTIONCONTROLTECHNOLOGYVol.31,No.6Dec2018电化学组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液MBR出水蔡琳琳',房蔚食戴昕',杨云军',袁建海',郭燕I(1.南京万德斯环保科技股份有限公司,江苏南京211100;2.盐城道泽环保科技有限公司,江苏盐城224000)摘要:文中研究了垃圾渗滤液MBR出水电化学组合工艺深度处理效果,分别用Nb/BDD电极和6种不同涂层的钛基底电极为阳极、不锈钢为阴极组成电化学体系,对比其对COD降解效果。当电流密度25mA/cm2,初始pH为&01时,BDD电极电解速度最快,电解3hCOD去除率即到达86.6%o其次是钛基底电极板B和电极板A,电解5h去除率达78%。电极板B电解4h氨氮去除率达98.3%,碱性条件下,活性氯含量增加,氨氮降解速率加快。对MBR出水采用DSA电解2.5h后,添加还原剂继续生化处理4h,COD可达标排放。红外光谱结果显示,因MBR出水中含有大量的酚、醇类等难降解物质,导致钛基底电极板电解过程中COD出现大幅度波动。对MBR出水采用DSA电解,添加还原剂后辅以微生物深度处理,可实现达标排放。关键词:垃圾渗滤液;电化学;MBR;COD中图分类号:X524文献标识码:AElectrochemicalcombinedprocessfortreatmentoflandfillleachateMBReffluentCAILin-lin',FANGWei2,DAIXin1,YANGYun-jun1,YUANJian-hai1,GUOYan1(1.NanjingWonduxCO.,LED.,Nanjing,Jiangsu211100,China;2.YanchengTaozeEnvironmentalCO.,LTD.,Yancheng,Jiangsu224000,China)Abstract:Inthispaper,theeffectsoftreatmentoflandfillleachateMBReffluentbyelectrochemicalcombinedprocesswasstudied.TheelectrochemicalsystemconsistingofNb/BDDelectrodeand6differentcoatedtitaniumsubstrateelectrodeasanodeandstainlesssteelascathodewereusedseparatelytocomparetheeffectofCODdegradation.TheBDDelectrodehadthefastestelectrol­ysisspeedwhenthecurrentdensitywas25mA/cm2andtheinitialpHwas8.01.TheCODremovalratewasupto86.6%after3hoursofelectrolysis.TheremovalrateoftitaniumsubstrateelectrodeplateBandelectrodeplateAwasupto78%after5hoursofelectrolysis.Theremovalrateofammonianitrogenwasupto98.3%after4hoursofelectrolysisforelectrodeplateBandthedegra­dationrateofammonianitrogenwasacceleratedwiththecontentofactivechlorineincreasedunderalkalinecondition.Afterelectro­lyzingMBReffluentbyDSAfor2.5hours,thenaddedelectronatingagenttocontinuebiochemicaltreatmentfor4hoursandtheCODreachedstandarddischarge.TheresultsofinfraredspectrumshowedthatMBReffluentcontainedalargeamountofrefractrovsubstancessuchasphenolandalcohol,whichcausedCODfluctuatesgreatlyduringtitaniumsubstrateelectrodeplateelectrolysisprocess.TheMBReffluentcanachievestandarddischargebyapplyingDSAelectrolysis,addingelectronatingagent
