UASB处理系统中垃圾渗滤液结垢物的降解

第25卷第3期2019年5月中国粉体技术CHINAPOWDERSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGYVol.25No.3May2019文章编号：1008-5548(2019)03-0013-06doi：10.13732/j.issn.l008-5548.2019.03.003UASB处理系统中垃圾渗滤液结垢物的降解陈流通\谢洪勇\张海涛2，李强3(1.上海第二工业大学材料与环境工程学院，上海201209;2.上海黎明资源再利用有限公司，上海201209;3.上海中证检测技术有限公司，上海201209)摘要:根据UASB系统的运行特点建立实验模拟系统，并对垃圾渗滤液进行水质监测与分析，掌握了渗滤液中钙离子含量的波动情况；以磷酸钠为沉淀剂，采用分布化学沉淀法处理垃圾渗滤液，使钙离子以含钙沉淀物形式进行沉淀;通过添加稀硫酸调节垃圾渗滤液的pH值后，含钙沉淀物再次形成；这些措施有效降解了垃圾渗滤液中的结垢物。结果表明，经烘干后每吨渗滤液产生的沉淀物质量达到6.7kg，钙去除率达到53.6%，其实验条件为：向垃圾渗滤液添加的磷酸钠的物质的量比为〃(Ca):n(P)=2.5:1，用体积比为25%的硫酸调节渗滤液清液的pH值至6,搅拌速率为300r/min，静置时间为12h;这些处理措施不仅减缓了装置的结垢速度以保护厌氧系统，还能够节约运行成本。关键词:垃圾渗滤液;结垢物;分布化学沉淀法;磷酸钠中图分类号:X703.1文献标志码:ADegradationoffoulingmaterialfromlandfillleachateinUASBtreatmentsystemCHENLiutong1,XIEHongyong1,ZHANGHaitao2,LIQiang3(1.SchoolofMaterialsandEnvironmentalEngineering,ShanghaiSecondPolytechnicUniversity,Shanghai201209,China；2.ShanghaiLimingResourcesReuseCo.,Ltd.,Shanghai201209,China；3.AdvancedTesting&ConsultingGroup,Shanghai201209,China)Abstract：AccordingtotheoperationcharacteristicsoftheUASBsystem,anexperimentalsimulatorwassetupandthewaterqualityofthelandfillleachatewasmonitoredandanalyzedinordertomasterthefluctuationofcalciumioncontentinleachate.Thelandfillleachatewastreatedwithsodiumphosphateasprecipitantbydistributedchemicalprecipitationmethodsoastoprecipitatecalciumionsintheformofcalcium-containingprecipitates.AfteraddingdilutesulfuricacidtoadjustthepHvalueoflandfillleachate,calcium-containingprecipitateswereformedagain.Thesemeasureseffectivelydegradedthescaleobjectsfromlandfillleachate.Theresultsshowthattheprecipitateweightpertonofleachatereaches6.7kgafterdryingandthecalciumremovalratereaches53.6%undertheexperimentalconditionsareasfollows：thecontentratioofsodiumphosphateaddedtotheleachateisn(Ga)*n(P)=2.5*1,pHvalueoflandfillleachateisadjustedto6byusingsulfuricacidwithitsvolumeratioof25%,stirringrateis300r/minandstatictimeis12h.Thesetreatmentmeasuresnotonlyslowdownthescalingspeedofthedevicesoastoprotecttheanaerobicsystembutalsosavetheoperatingcost.Keywords：
