Fenton试剂耦合叶腊石改善厌氧污泥脱水性能

2019年5月第42卷第3期湖南师范大学自然科学学报JournalofNaturalScienceofHunanNormalUniversityVol.42No.3May,2019DOI:10.7612/j.issn.2096-5281.2019.03.011Fenton试剂耦合叶腊石改善厌氧污泥脱水性能台明青*,董丽萍(南阳理工学院土木工程学院,中国南阳473000)摘要利用Fenton试剂耦合叶腊石改善生物乙醇厌氧消化污泥脱水性能。结果表明,最佳污泥脱水条件下,Fenton试剂添加量为55mg/g干污泥,叶腊石为67mg/g干污泥时,此时污泥脱水性能指标污泥比阻(SRF)和可压缩性系数分别减小到2.7×1012m·kg-1和0.492,与原污泥SRF12×1012m·kg-1和可压缩性系数1.327相比,SRF和可压缩系数分别减小77.5%和62.9%;污泥扫描电镜分析表明,经Fenton试剂耦合叶腊石处理的污泥,污泥结构发生明显变化,能形成致密且具有较大孔径的絮体;污泥热重曲线显示,与原污泥相比,耦合调理污泥后脱水起始温度和热重峰明显前移。耦合调理污泥比单独调理污泥脱水效果均具有优势,使用叶腊石可以明显减少Fenton试剂的使用量;此外,该方法处理生物乙醇厌氧消化污泥,不影响污泥后续资源化利用。关键词厌氧消化污泥;Fenton试剂;叶腊石;脱水性能中图分类号X703文献标识码A文章编号2096-5281(2019)03-0075-06OntheImprovedDewaterabilityofAnaerobicDigestedSludgebyCouplingFentonReagentwithPyrophylliteTAIMing-qing*,DONGLi-ping(SchoolofCivilandEngineering,NanyangInstituteofTechnology,Nanyang473040,China)AbstractInthiswork,theanaerobicbioethanoldigestedsludgewastreatedbycouplingFentonreagentwithpyrophylliteforimprovingdewateringperformance.Ourresultsshowthattheoptimalworkingconditionwasthefol-lowing:theFentonregentwith55mg/gdrysludgeandthecoupledpyrophyllitewith67mg/gdrysludge.TheSRFandcompressibilitycoefficientforthetreatedsludgeweredecreasedto2.7×1012m·kg-1and0.492,respectively,whilethoseforuntreatedsludgewere12×1012m·kg-1and1.327,repectively.Comparedwithdewateringperform-ancefortheuntreatedsludge,thedecreasingrateofSRFandcompressibilitycoefficientwere77.5%and62.9%,respectively.Moreover,scanningelectronmicroscopeimageresultsshowthatafterthetreatmentbyFentonreagentcoupledpyrophyllite,thesludgestructurewassignificantlychangedbyformingadenseflocswithlargerporesize.Afterthetreatment,sludgethermogravimetriccurvesexhibitedthatTGpeakssubstantiallymovedahead.Inaddi-tion,makinguseofFentonreagentcoupledpyrophyllitehasanapparentadvantagesoverconditioningalone,withsignificantimprovenantinthedehydrationperformanceonanaerobicbioethanoldigestedsludge.Finally,theuseofpyrophyllitecanreducetheFentonreagentdosageandtheresourceutilizationofsludgeisnotimpacted.Keywordsanaerobi
