ImpactofenvironmentalfactorsongreenhousegasemissionsfrompeatsoilunderanaerobicconditionsZHANGYin,YUZhi-guo*,ZHANGLe,CHENYuan-bo,HUANGTing,HUYing(SchoolofHydrologyandWaterResources,NanjingUniversityofInformationScience&Technology,Nanjing210044,China)Abstract:Peatlandsareofgreatimportanceascarbonstoresandareacriticalsourceforreleasingcarbondioxide(CO2)andmethane(CH4)underchangingcircumstances,e.g.,climatechange.Althoughpeatlandscoveronly3%ofthelandandfreshwatersurfaceoftheplanet,aboutone-thirdofthetotalworldsoilcarbonarestoredinborealandsubarcticpeat.Thus,investigatingtheinfluenceofkeyfactorsonorganicmattermineralizationprocessesisurgentlyrequiredforgreaterunderstandingofcarboncyclinginnorthernpeatland.Inthecur⁃rentstudy,weemployedincubationexperimentstocharacterizetheinfluenceoftemperature(5.4~20.1℃),pHvalue(4~7),andpeatquali⁃ty(50~250cm)onCO2andCH4releasefromthewater-saturated,anoxiclayerinnorthernpeatland.TheresultsshowedthattherangeofinitialproductionratesofCO2andCH4forthedifferenttreatmentswere0.399~2.27µmol·g-1DW·d-1and0.018~0.180µmol·g-1DW·d-1,respectively,andtherangeofthresholdswere1.38~91.6µmol·g-1DWand1.12~9.02µmol·g-1DW,respectively.TheinitialproductionratesofCO2andCH4increasedsignificantlywithtemperature,buttheeffectwasgreateronCH4.ThepHvaluewaspositivelycorrelatedwiththeinitialproductionrateandthethresholdvalueofCO2,whereastheinitialproductionrateofCH4wasnotsignificantlyaffectedbypHvalue,andthethresholdofCH4washigh,atpH5~6.Forthepeatsoilsampledfromdifferentdepths,thepeatsoilatadepthof50cmhadthehighestCO2andCH4emissions,whereasthepeatfromdepthsgreaterthan50cmpresumablydidnotproduceanyCO2orCH4.Theresultsindicatethatenvironmentalfactorshavegreatimpactsoncarbonstorageinnaturalpeatlands.Keywords:northernpeatland;emissionofgreenhousegases;climatechange;anaerobicrespiration2019,38(6):1388-13972019年6月农业环境科学学报JournalofAgro⁃EnvironmentScience张尹,于志国,张乐,等.厌氧条件下环境因子对泥炭土壤温室气体排放的影响研究[J].农业环境科学学报,2019,38(6):1388-1397.ZHANGYin,YUZhi-guo,ZHANGLe,etal.Impactofenvironmentalf
