煤炭与化工CoalandChemicalIndustry第42卷第5期2019年5月Vol.42No.5May2019化工工艺与工程芬顿试剂对WFGD系统中Hg。再释放的影响研究王江,杭朝冬,张楹媾,陈雪,许家菱,鲍静静(四川大学水力学与山区河流开发保护国家重点实验室,水利水电学院,四川成都610065)摘要:基于鼓泡塔反应器,研究了WFGD系统中Hg。再释放特性,并探索了芬顿(Fenton)试剂抑制Hg。再释放的效果及机理。结果表明:还原性离子SO32-.HSO3-是引起Hg。再释放的主要原因。单独添加出02对Hg。再释放的抑制效果较差,但同时添加H2O2和Fe、Fe2\Cu2+等金属离子时可有效抑制Hg。再释放,其抑制效果为FebF/'Cu。芬顿试剂抑制Hg。再释放主要是由于氧化性基团OH•和OOH•可将Hg。氧化成日尹。添加Fe2+_Fenton试剂时,当脱硫液pH值为3.0~4.0,脱硫液温度为50七左右,烟气温度为120七左右时,WFGD系统脱汞性能较好;增大Fe2+浓度有利于提高脱汞效率,但当Fe2+浓度>5x10-后,脱汞效率几乎不再受Fe2+浓度影响。关键词:湿法烟气脱硫;Hg。再释放;芬顿试剂;脱汞;氧化中图分类号:X701文献标识码:A文章编号:2095-5979(2019)05-0121-05EffectoffentonreagentonHg0re-emissioninwetfluegasdesulfurizationsystemWangJiang,HangChaodong,ZhangYingjing,ChenXue,XuJialing,BaoJingjing(StateKeyLaboratoryofHydraulicsandMountainRiverEngineering,CollegeofWaterResourceandHydropower,SichuanUniversity,Chengdu610065,China)Abstract:Inordertoinhibitthere-emissionofHgOintheWFGDsystemandimprovethemercuryremovalefficiency,there-emissioncharacteristicsofHg°intheWFGDsystembasedonthebubblerreactorwerestudied,andtheinhibitingeffectofFentonreagentonthere-emissionofHg°anditsinhibitingmechanismwereexplored.TheresultsshowthatthereductionofH0bySO3andHSO3_indesulfurizationsolutionisthemaincauseofHg°re—emission.H2O2hadapoorinhibitingeffectonHg°re—emission,buttheadditionofH2O2togetherwithmetalionssuchasFe3+,Fe2+andCu2+caneffectivelyinhibitthere—emissionofHg°,andinhibitoryeflectisFe2+>Fe3+>Cu2+.ThemainreasonofFentonreagentinhibitingHg°re-emissionisthatoxidizinggroupsOH•andOOH■canoxidizeHgOtoHg2*.WhenaddingFe2+-Fentonreagent:pHvalueofthedesulfurizationsolutionisintherangeof3.0〜4.0,desulfurizationliquidtemperatureisabout50°C,fluegastemperatureis120弋,themercuryremovalefficiencyofWFGDsystemisthebest.IncreasingtheconcentrationofFPisconducivetoimprovetheefficiencyofmercuryremoval.However,whentheconcentrationofFe2+isgreaterthan5X10-5,theefficiencyofmercuryremovalishardlyinfluencedbytheconcentrationofFe2+.Keywords:wetfluegasdesulfurization;Hg°re—emission;Fentonreagent;mercuryremoval;oxidati
