粉末活性炭吸附强化长距离输水管道反应器净水效能实验研究

第46卷第4期2016年7月东南大学学报(自然科学版)JOURNALOFSOUTHEASTUNIVERS~Y(NaturalScienceEdition)Vo1.46No.4July2016DO1:10.3969/j.issn.1001-0505.2016.04.021粉末活性炭吸附强化长距离输水管道反应器净水效能实验研究赵艳朱光灿石晶晶王卫(东南大学能源与环境学院,南京210096)(东南大学建筑设计研究院有限公司,南京210096)摘要:模拟实际原水输水管道,构建了长距离管道生物化学反应器,研究了粉末活性炭对管道中污染物的强化去除作用.结果表明:有机污染物的去除效率随粉末活性炭投加量的增加而提高;当反应时间为8h,粉末活性炭投加量为17mg/L时,CODM,TOC,DOC和UV2的去除率分别达到51.2%,45.9%,56.5%和70.6%,分别比未加粉末活性炭时提高了34.5%,34.8%,42.1%和57.0%;而粉末活性炭对藻类和氨氮的去除效果不明显.同时,微囊藻毒素.LR、六氯苯和邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的去除率分别达到61.1%,42.1%和49.0%,提高了49.3%,31.4%和31.2%.粉末活性炭能够有效抑制消毒副产物的生成.因此,针对污染较严重的水源水或遇到突发污染事故时,向管道内投加粉末活性炭能有效促进污染物的去除.关键词:原水;长距离管道生物化学反应器;粉末活性炭;微量有机污染物;消毒副产物中图分类号:X524文献标志码:A文章编号:1001—0505(2016)04—0801—06Experimentalstudyonpurificationeficiencyofpowderactivatedcarbonadsorptionenhancedlong·distancewaterdeliverypipelinereactorZhaoYanZhuGuangcanShiJingjingWangWei(SchoolofEnergyandEnvironment,SoutheastUniversity,Nanjing210096,China)(Architects&EngineersCo.,Ltd.,SoutheastUniversity,Nanjing210096,China)Abstract:Alongdistancepipelinebiochemicalreactorwasconstructedtosimulaterawwaterdeliv.erypipelines.Effectsofpowderactivatedcarbon(PAC)onthepurificationeficiencyofthereactorwerestudied.Theresultsshowthattheremovalefnciencyoforganicpoilutantsissignificantlys~engthenedwiththeincreaseofmedosageofPAC.Whenthereactiontimeis8handthePACdosageis17mg/L,theremovalratesofchemicaloxygendemand(CODM),totalorganiccarbon(T0C),dissolvedorganiccarbon(DOC)andUV254(ultravioletabsorbanceat254nm)are51.2%,45.9%,56.5%and7O。6%,whichareincreasedby34.5%。34.8%,42.1%and57.0%,respectively,comparedwithnoadditionofPAc.However,theconcentrationsofalgaeandNH;一Narenotclearlyreduced.Theremovalratesofmicrocystin.LR(MC—LR),hexachlorobenzen(HCB)andphthalateesters(PAES)are61.1%。42.1%and49.0%,whichareincreasedby49.3%.31.4%and31.2%.Inaddition.PACCaneffectivelyreducethegenerationofdisinfectionby.prod.ucts.Thus.PACcanimprovetheremovaloforganicpollutantsinlong-distancewaterdeliverypipe—lineswhenwaterpollutionisseriousorinemergency.Keywords:rawwater;long-distancepipelineb
