十四烷基三甲基溴化铵改性活性炭吸附水中硝酸盐和磷酸盐

CHEMICALINDUSTRYANDENGINEERINGPROGRESS2017年第36卷第7期·2676·化工进展十四烷基三甲基溴化铵改性活性炭吸附水中硝酸盐和磷酸盐朱加乐,王欣泽,沈剑,林燕(上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院,上海200240)摘要:采用阳离子表面活性剂十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(MTAB)作为改性剂对活性炭进行改性,考察所制备的MTAB改性活性炭对硝酸盐和磷酸盐的吸附效果。研究结果表明,6mmol/L的MTAB对活性炭的改性效果最好(记为MAC-6),对硝酸盐和磷酸盐的最大平衡吸附量分别为24.51mg/g和5.67mg/g,远高于未改性的活性炭14.45mg/g和3.59mg/g。MAC-6的等温吸附曲线实验和吸附动力学实验研究发现,Langmuir吸附模型和准二级动力学吸附模型能够很好地描述MAC-6对于硝酸盐和磷酸盐的吸附。此外,pH过高会抑制MAC-6对于硝酸盐和磷酸盐吸附。水中共存的磷酸盐和硝酸盐会相互抑制,但硝酸盐对磷酸盐的抑制作用更强,更易于被MAC-6吸附。MAC-6对硝酸盐和磷酸盐的主要吸附机制有静电吸附和离子交换吸附,其中离子交换吸附占主导作用。此外,MAC-6经4次再生脱附后仍具有很好的吸附效果,这表明其对硝酸盐和磷酸盐的吸附具有稳定性。关键词:十四烷基三甲基溴化铵;改性活性炭;硝酸盐;磷酸盐;吸附中图分类号:X703文献标志码:A文章编号:1000–6613(2017)07–2676–08DOI:10.16085/j.issn.1000-6613.2016-2215AdsorptionofnitrateandphosphatebyMTAB-modifiedactivatedcarbonZHUJiale,WANGXinze,SHENJian,LINYan(DepartmentofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,ShanghaiJiaotongUniversity,Shanghai200240,China)Abstract:Thecationicsurfactantmodifiedactivatedcarbonwaspreparedbyloadingmyristyltrimethylammoniumbromide(MTAB)onactivatedcarbon.Then,itwasusedasanabsorbentfornitrateandphosphateremoval.Theresultsrevealedthatthebiggestadsorptioncapacityofmodifiedactivatedcarbonfornitrateandphosphatewas24.51mg/gand5.67mg/g,respectively,whentheconcentrationofMTABis6mmol/L,whichwasmuchhigherthanthatofactivatedcarbon(14.45mg/gand3.59mg/g).ToanalyzeadsorptionofnitrateandphosphatebyMAC-6,adsorptionkineticandisothermwereusedandfittedwellwithpseudo-secondorderkineticmodelandLangmuiradsorptionmodel,respectively.HighpHwasunfavorablefornitrateandphosphateadsorptionontoMAC-6.Coexistingnitrateandphosphateinsolutionreducedcapacityforeachother,butcoexistingnitrateismorereadilyadsorbedbyMAC-6.TheadsorptionmechanismofnitrateandphosphateonMAC-6includedelectrostaticattractionandanionexchangeinteractionsbutthelatterplayedaleadingrole.Inaddition,itwasfoundthatMAC-6stillhadgoodadsorptionforbothnitrateandphosphateafterfourcyclicadsorption-desorptionexperiments,whichindicatedthatMAC-6hadgoodadsorptionstability.Keywords:myristyltrimethylammoniumbromide(MTAB);modifiedac
