高温煅烧对污泥焚烧飞灰重金属浸出特性影响研究

煤炭燃烧、节能与环保高温煅烧对污泥焚烧飞灰重金属浸出特性影响研究赵云斌1,2,李彦龙1,2,满佳琪1,2,李润东1,2(1.沈阳航空航天大学能源与环境学院,辽宁沈阳110136;2.辽宁省清洁能源重点实验室,辽宁沈阳110136)摘要:污泥焚烧飞灰经气流分级机分级后进行高温煅烧处理,采用硫酸硝酸法、TCLP、欧盟EN12457-3该3种不同浸出方法研究高温煅烧对不同粒径焚烧飞灰重金属浸出特性的影响,即从不同粒径飞灰的生长机制分析污泥焚烧飞灰物化特性,研究煅烧温度对飞灰煅烧灰渣重金属含量影响,比较不同浸出方法对飞灰煅烧灰渣重金属的浸出特性,探究煅烧对飞灰煅烧灰渣浸出特性的影响。结果表明:重金属Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn在高温煅烧残渣中均有一定程度的富集;3种浸出方法的浸出能力从高到低的次序为TCLP、EN12457-3、硫酸硝酸法。环境酸性越强,重金属浸出越多,则对环境危害越大;高温煅烧有利于重金属Cu和Zn的固定,其浸出特性在高温煅烧后均有所降低;高温煅烧残渣中重金属Cr的浸出率高于原样飞灰,在欧盟EN12457-3、TCLP的浸出方法中,浸出率比原样飞灰高达10倍左右。关键词:高温煅烧;污泥焚烧飞灰;浸出特性;重金属;物化特性;浸出率;硫酸硝酸法中图分类号:TQ038文献标志码:A文章编号:1007-7677(2019)05-0018-06TheeffectsofhightemperaturecalcinationonheavymetalleachingcharacteristicsofsludgeincinerationflyashZHAOYun-bin1,2,LIYan-long1,2,MANJia-qi1,2,LIRun-dong1,2(1.CollegeofEnergyandEnvironment,ShenyangAerospaceUniversity,Shenyang110136,China;2.LiaoningKeyLaboratoryofCleanEnergy,Shenyang110136,China)Abstract:Thesludgeincinerationflyashwascalcinedafterclassificationbygasflowclassifier,theeffectsofhigh-temperaturecalcinationonheavymetalleachingcharacteristicsofincinerationflyashwithdifferentparticlesizeswerestudiedbythreedifferentleachingmethods:sulfuricacid&nitricacidmethod,TCLPandEUEN12457-3,fromgrowthmechanismofdifferentsizeofflyash,thephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofsludgeincinerationflyashwereanalyzed,howthecalcinationtemperatureaffectedtheheavymetalcontentofcalcinedashwasresearched,theinfluencesofdifferentleachingmethodsontheleachingcharacteristicsofheavymetalforcalcinedashofflyashwerecompared,howthecalcinationaffectedtheleachingcharacteristicsofflyashcalcinedashwasdiscussed.TheresultsshowthattheresultsshowedthattheheavymetalsCr,Cu,PbandZnallhaveacertaindegreeofenrichmentinthehightemperaturecalcinationresidues;theleachingabilityofthethreeleachingmethodsinorderare:TCLP>EN12457-3>sulfuricacidnitricacidmethod.Strongertheenvironmentalacidityandthemoretheheavymetalleaching,thegreaterthedamageis;thehightemperaturecalcinationisbeneficialtothefixationofheavymetalsCuandZn,andtheleachingcharacteristicsisreducedaf
