第39卷第1期安徽理工大学学报(自然科学版)Vol.39No.12019年1月JournalofAnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnology(NaturalScience)Jan.2019低温等离子体复合絮凝剂处理豆腐黄浆水刘静茹ꎬ陈明功ꎬ王旭浩ꎬ汪智伟ꎬ蔡传根(安徽理工大学化学工程学院ꎬ安徽淮南232001)摘要:豆腐黄浆水成分复杂、原水COD值高ꎬ生产企业数量多规模小ꎬ其废水量小面广ꎬ因此需要研制一种小型化高效净化处理工艺ꎮ开展了低温等离子体协同絮凝剂净化豆腐黄浆水的研究ꎮ采用单一方法对黄浆水COD去除率影响顺序为:调节pH值>絮凝吸附>低温等离子体ꎻ复合净化法中低温等离子体+絮凝吸附优于低温等离子体+调节pH值ꎮ研究表明复合净化方法优于任何一种单独净化方法ꎬ因此ꎬ对豆腐黄浆水的净化不能采用单一方法ꎬ必须采用复合法才能有效净化ꎮ本实验在放电电压13.5kVꎬ放电极间距8mm、通入空气流量0.6L/minꎬ放电8h条件下ꎬPAM+PAC协同低温等离子体处理豆腐黄浆水ꎬCOD最大去除率为79.74%ꎮ研究可为豆腐黄浆水的净化处理提供一种方法和理论依据ꎮ关键词:豆腐黄浆水ꎻ低温等离子体ꎻ絮凝剂ꎻ化学需氧量中图分类号:TS209文献标志码:A文章编号:1672-1098(2019)01-0049-05收稿日期:2018-10-12作者简介:刘静茹(1995-)ꎬ女ꎬ安徽阜阳人ꎬ在读硕士ꎬ研究方向:环境化工ꎮStudyonNon-ThermalPlasmaCompositeFlocculantforTreatingTofuYellowPulpWaterLIUJingruꎬCHENMinggongꎬWANGXuhaoꎬWANGZhiweiꎬCAIChuangen(SchoolofChemicalEngineeringꎬAnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnologyꎬHuainanAnhui232001ꎬChina)Abstract:ThecompositionofthetofuwastewateriscomplexandtheCODvalueoftheoriginalwatersampleishighꎬthenumberofproductionenterprisesislargeandthescaleissmallꎬtheamountofwastewaterissmallwhiletheareaiswide.Thereforeꎬitisnecessarytodevelopaminiaturizedhigh-efficiencypurificationtreatmentprocess.Inthispaperꎬthenon-thermalplasmaco-flocculantwasusedtopurifythetofuyellowpulpwastewater.TheinfluenceofCODremovalrateofyellowpulpwaterbyasinglemethodfromhigntolowis:ad ̄justingpHvalue>flocculationadsorption>non-thermalplasmaꎻThenon-thermalplasma+flocculationad ̄sorptioninthecompositepurificationmethodisbetterthanthenon-thermalplasma+pHadjustment.Studieshaveshownthatthecompositepurificationmethodissuperiortoanysinglepurificationmethod.Thereforeꎬthepurificationofthetofuyellowpulpwatercannotbecarriedoutbyasinglemethodꎬandthecompositemethodmustbeusedtoeffectivelypurify.Inthisexperimentꎬthedischargevoltagewas13.5kVꎬtheelectrodespacingwas8mmꎬtheairflowratewas0.6L/minꎬandthedischargewas8h.PAM+PACcooperatedwithnon-ther ̄malplasmatotreatthebeancurdyellowpulpwater.ThemaximumCODremovalratewas79.74%.Thisstudycanprovideamethodandtheoreticalbasisforthepurificationtreatm
