2013年第32卷第4期CHEMICALINDUSTRYANDENGINEERINGPROGRESS·869·化工进展印染废水脱色生物强化工程菌的构建及应用进展谢学辉,刘娜,朱文祥,范凤霞,袁学武,柳建设(东华大学环境科学与工程学院,上海201620)摘要:使用生物强化菌处理印染废水优势明显,对生物强化菌构建和应用的研究日益完备。本文综述了近年来印染废水工程菌的构建,其中基因工程菌处理效果好,但是成功率低、成本高,还有安全隐患;生物强化工程菌从活性污泥中筛选出来,然后进一步培养驯化得到高效菌株,对印染废水中的污染物有特殊的降解效果。分别对生物强化工程菌的单菌和混合菌群的筛选、驯化和投入使用做了详细介绍,还介绍了外源物对强化作用的影响。最后对生物工程菌的优化和推广使用进行展望:将生物工程菌投加到反应器中,实现工程菌与处理工艺的结合,优化处理工艺,进一步强化工程菌,将工程菌进一步投产大量使用,是今后的工作重点。关键词:印染废水;生物强化;工程菌;脱色中图分类号:X522文献标志码:A文章编号:1000–6613(2013)04–0869–05DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-6613.2013.04.025Constructionofbioaugmentationengineeredbacteriaandtheirapplicationondyeingwastewaterdecolorizing:AreviewXIEXuehui,LIUNa,ZHUWenxiang,FANFengxia,YUANXuewu,LIUJianshe(CollegeofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,DonghuaUniversity,Shanghai201620,China)Abstract:Thedecolorizationofengineeredbacteriabioaugmentationondyeingwastewatershowsobviousadvantagesinprintinganddyeingwastewaterbiotreatment.Theresearchisfocusedontheconstructionandapplicationofbioaugmentationengineeredbacteria.Inthisarticle,engineeredbacteriaconstructionissummarizedindealingwithdyeingwastewater.Geneengineeredbacteriapossessgoodeffect,butwithlowsuccessrate,highcostandsecurityrisk.Bioaugmentationengineeredbacteriarefertothehighefficientbacteriumstrainsisolatedanddomesticatedfromactivatedsludge,whichcanbeusedtotreatprintinganddyeingwastewater,andhavespecialdegradationfunctiononprintinganddyeingwastewaterpollutants.Adetailedintroductionismadetothescreeninganddomesticationofindividualandmixedengineeredbioaugmentationbacteria,togetherwiththeaugmentationeffectofxenobiotics.Theoptimizationandpromotionofbioengineeredbacteriaisprospected.Addingbioengineeredbacteriaintoreactors,achievingthecombinationofengineeredbacteriaandtreatmentprocess,optimizingtreatmentprocess,furtherstrengtheningtheengineeredbacteriaandputtingitintolarge-scaleuseshallbethefocusoffuturework.Keywords:dyeingwastewater;bioaugmentation;engineeredbacteria;decolorization随着经济的快速发展,印染行业的排水量也大幅度增加。据不完全统计,我国当前印染废水年排放量约为20亿吨,一般占综合排水量的60%~80%,位于全国工
