第57卷第6期2006年6月化JournalofChemicalV0L57NO.6June2006旋流板分离器的结构对三维流场的影响孙文寿。(青岛大学环境科学与工程系,山东青岛266071;,王高升浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学系,浙江杭州310027)关键词:旋流板;流场;流线;速度分布;分离器中图分类号:TQ051.8文献标识码:A文章编号:0438一¨57(2006)06—1334—05Effectsofstructureofrotating-streamtrayseparatoronitsthree-dimensionalflOWfieldSUNWenshou。WANGGaoshen~(。DepartmentofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering,QingdaoUniversity,Qingdao266071,Shandong,China;DepartmentofChemicalandBiochemicalEngineering,ZhejiangUniversity,Hangzhou310027,Zhejiang,China)Abstract:Threekindsofrotating—streamtray(RST)separatorsweredesignedanddesignatedasSl,S2andS3.TheseparatorSlhaddoubleflowpaths,whileS2andS3hadsingleflowpath.ThetraysofSlandS2werethesameofthedouble—pathtype,whichwasdifferentfromtheconventionaloutwardtrayofS.Measurementsofthree-dimensionalflowinthethreeRSTseparatorswereconductedatthesametotalgasflowrateandstreamlinesweregiventhroughcalculationaccordingtothemeasureddata.ComparedwiththeRSTseparatorsS2andS3,theseparatorSlnotonlyreducedtheseparationdistance,butalsoeffectivelyincreasedthetangentialvelocity,especiallyintheneighborhoodoftheseparatorcenter.Thestructureoftrayvaneshadagreateffectonthevelocityprofiles,especiallyontheaxialvelocityprofiles.ThemaximalaxialvelocitiesofS1andS2neartheseparatorwallweremuchlowerthanthatofS3.ThemaximalaxialvelocityofS1decreasedbyabove37againstthatofS3,whichwasfavorableforreducingthesecondarycarry—overinthetwo—phaseseparationprocess.StreamlinesshowedthattheseparatorS3hadvortexringsoverthewholeaxialsection,whiletheseparatorSlhadvortexringonlynearthetrayvanes.Theseparatoroutletbafflecouldincreasethetangentialvelocity,moderatetheaxialvelocity,andreducethecentripetalvelocity.Keywords:rotating—streamtray;flowfield;streamline;velocityprofiles;separator.口旋流式分离器种类很多,其中浙江大学发明的旋流板在传质和双相分离过程中均得到广泛应用.旋流板分离器是利用导向叶片使气体做旋2005—11—10收到初稿,2006—03—07收到修改稿.联系人与第一作者:孙文寿(1961-),男,博士,副教授转运动,从而产生离心力,达到气液或气固分离的目的.旋流板分离器内的三维流场对分离性能起关键作用.陈建孟等口对用作气液传质设备的旋流板塔中的气流运动进行了测量.徐德龙等。测定了单程椭圆形旋流板分离器内的流场,根据测试结果Receiveddate:2005一l1一l0.Correspondinga
