生活垃圾好氧堆肥过程中渗滤液组成的动态变化

农业环境科学学报2007,26(3):1147—1152JournalofAgro—EnvironmentScience生活垃圾好氧堆肥过程中渗滤液组成的动态变化曾现来·,2,张增强·,唐次来·,张永涛,张帆远航,李艳霞s(1.西北农林科技大学理学院,陕西杨凌712100;2.中国环境管理干部学院环境工程系,河北秦皇岛066004;3.中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所.北京100101)摘要:为了解堆肥渗滤液成分及变化规律和回喷渗滤液堆肥的可能,以城市生活垃圾、青草为堆肥物料,利用自制的堆肥装置.经过12d的一次发酵,研究了好氧堆肥的主发酵阶段渗滤液的成分及其动态变化。结果表明.城市生活好氧堆肥渗滤液是一种高浓度的有机废水,具有良好的可生化性,其COD值在10000mg·L左右、BOD的含量在6000mg·L左右、NH:一N含量在110.01mg·L左右,而且溶液呈碱性;堆肥渗滤液的BOD、COD及NH4一N浓度均低于垃圾填埋渗滤液的浓度值,但堆肥渗滤液的pH高于成熟填埋渗滤液的数值;在堆肥过程中,渗滤液中COD、浊度、NH4一N、pH和电导率(EC)等指标变化剧烈,其极值出现在堆肥温度最高的时期,而且COD、浊度、NH~-N和pH指标的变化规律一致,即呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而Ec的变化与其相反。关键词:城市生活垃圾;好氧堆肥:渗滤液:动态变化中图分类号:$141.4文献标识码:A文章编号:1672-2043(2007)03—1147—06DynamicsofLeachatefromMunicipalSolidWasteCompostingZENGXian—lai。,ZHANGZeng—qiang,TANGCi—lai,ZHANGYong—tao,ZHANGFan—yuanhang,LIYan—xia(1.CollegeofSciences,NorthwestA&FUniversity,Yangling712100,China;2.DepartmentofEnvironmentalEngineering,EnvironmentalManagementCollegeofChina,Qinhuangdao066004,China;3.InstituteofGeographicalSciencesandNaturalResourcesResearch,ChineseAcademyofSciensces,Beijing100101,China)Abstract:Toresearchthedynamicsofleachatefrommunicipalsolidwaste(MSW)compostingwithleachaterecirulation,thecompositionofleachatefromMSWcompostingweredeterminedinalaboratorysettingwithmaterialofMSWandgrass.Theresultswereasfollows:compost-ingleachatewashigh—loadandorganicwastewater,andhadaCODaround10000mg·L~andBOD56000mg·L~orso,indicatingagoodbiodegradation.Also,theleachatewasalkalineandhad110.01mg·L~ofNH4一N.Bycomparison,theconcentrationofBOD5,COD,andNHd-Nincompostingleachatewerelowerthanthatinlandfillleachate,butthepHvalueofcompostingleachatewashigherthanthatoflandfillleachate.Forvariationofcompositionduringcompostingprocess,thevariationofCOD,turbidity,NH4-N,andelectricalconductivity0cc)~Howedawavefunction,andthemaximumorminimumoccu~edon6dwhentemperaturechangedintensively.ThevariationofCOD,tur-bidity,NH4一N,andECweresimilar,withafirstriseandafollowingdrop,butthevariationofECwasoppositetothatofCOD,turbidity,NHd—N,andEC.Keywords:municipalsolidwaste(MSW);a
